THE CASHIER'S ARE ALL SO NICE! ALWAYS CLEAN STORE WITH A VERY LARGE AMOUNT OF GREAT IEMS AND SPECIALS TO CHOOSE FROM. I LOVE THE GARDEN AREA SO MUCH!

I LOVE HOME DEPOT... However, today may have been the exception. I was trying to obtain a Milwaukie M12 2.0 battery that was not at floor level. A young man attempted to help. He stated that there were 18 batteries in stock but could not find them. I should him were the batteries were stored but he said it was not up there but he would go get someone to help. I even pointed the battery out because you could see it through the storage bin but he said the item number was not listed on the bin. He then left me there, as I was waiting I looked up the item # and indeed the number was on the bin that I had pointed out. My frustration grew. After an eternity, at least it felt like it (twenty minutes, maybe longer) a older employee observed my frustration and immediately provided help and retrieved the battery. I only hope that the young man who originally offered his help, did not just shirk off his responsibility. Maybe there was some urgent matter that needed his attention. I hope that this type of service does not happen again. Ending on a good note, the casher at the Pro-desk apologized for the inconvenience. She was very friendly and professional. Day saved by the two employees who displayed a friendly and professional demeanor and provided assistance to a customer needing help.

The managment needs to improve.

The store carries the best tools available to the general public and they sell Fanta products by the CASE!

I have never encounter a negative shopping experiences. The employee welcome you as you enter the store and ask if you would like a sanitized cart. Very helpful, courteous and sometimes they walk with me to the aisle to show me the item am looking for. If I look lost! I see the workers cleaning or tigtening the section or area. Looks neat in appearance.

Friendly staff. People actually look you in the eye and listen to you. Not all staff but definately Tanisha in carpet and tile.

This store is clean and organized and the employees are extremely helpful from the Paint department to the check out.

I had a huge problem as I had ordered the wrong size refrigerator. Dave (appliance manager) and Oscar were gracious enough to hear my problem and help me solve it in the kindest manner. They were able to make arrangements for the wrong refrigerator to be picked up and for the new one to be delivered. It was wonderful! I will definitely use Home Depot as my DIY neighborhood store! Go Orange City Home Depot-you R-O-C-K!!!!

need to beef up your customer service skills at this HD location; and, Fix your credit card machines and item scanners at checkout!

Oscar, in large appliances was knowledgeable and attentive. We found a French Door Refrigerator that fit our space for under $1,000. Selection was very good compared to other places we visited. I do love the garden department and I finally found a squirrel proof bird feeder that WORKS, I have been searching for years, and the additional selections were great also.
