Very clean neat and organized. Employees (with the exception of the guest services) are very friendly and happy to help. Everything you need for home improvement in one place. Assistance seems very easy to find at this location which I find unusual and incredible.

The store is OK, typical Home Depot, the paint department is the worst I have ever dealt with, being a GC and probably visiting 40 or so HD throughout the country, this is saying alot. Ignorant staff and this includes the dept manager Maria. When a store employee agrees with you saying she is treated that way too, you know its bad. This had nothing to do with long lines or wait times, I am talking about how they treated customers one after the other.

Friendly staff at Orange City Home Depot. Greeted at the front entrance, and great customer service during shopping and exiting.

The store is clean and well organized. Associates were easily accessible. By the time we finished our purchase, we almost felt we had made a new friend. Tony saw us in the store later and stopped to make sure we were being helped in the area in which we were.

Went in to find 2 items I needed and was able to find them fairly easy. Cashier was friendly at the self check-out. Quick and easy day.

Orange City Home Depot is a great store to shop for all your household needs. The service has never disappointed me, they are friendly and knowledgeable about where items are located in the store.

We were greeted by associate in the appliance department Al, and he was the best and helped us with our purchase. The store was clean and we were impressed with the variety of appliances and products... Great experience...

TOO MUCH PRODUCT, TOO MANY AISLES BLOCKED, NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE. THE CUSTOMERS HAVE TO NAVIGATE AROUND AISLES TO GET WHAT THEY NEED. TOO OFTEN AND NOBODY LISTENS.

I did not need assistance because I found the necessary item easily.

I bought an area rug online and it was delivered to my home. Turns out to be the wrong rug. I brought it to the store and enter the long return line. Finally I get to the front and ask the cashier to help me unload the 8x10 rug out of my car. Someone comes and I helped him load it onto a cart and he tells me to roll it back in the store myself and to get back into the long return line again. He was no help at all. I could of brought the rug in myself the first time and save the headache. After waiting in the long line again for about 20 minutes, the cashier was rude and showed no interest in interacting with me at all. Just asked for my order number and refunded me my money which I have to wait for now all because of Home Depot/FedEx mistake. On top of that, I'm still out of a rug that I finally found to match my living room and now have to reorder and wait all over again! Bad shopping experience. Poor customer service skills. Not sure if I would want to come back or shop there again.

Customer service was terrible. Lots of tools out of placed couldn't find the right prices because labels were either missing or nothing was in the correct spot. Cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend at all.

The gentleman that assisted me back in appliances was very helpful and took care of me . He was helping out with my purchase and told me when i was to expect the item and i asked to have it delivered in the afternoon and he said that he would put it in, well the delivery company decided that 6:45 am was a good time to drop it off.

Extremely helpful and friendly

The store in Orange City, Florida is very clean and well stocked. I always purchase what I need fir my home projects there because the emplyees are very polite and knowledgeable. This time I purchased all sorts of plants for a monumental garden project. The plants where healthy and well established. My project is turning out great and the garden is looking beautiful. I will also be harvesting some great produce some weeks from now. Thank you for always having what I need and for the great quality.

Great store, great location, always find what I need, check out is seamless and there's always an employee nearby while I'm shopping if I need assistance.

The store was clean . An the employees were very helpful.

This location Home Depot is average hard to find a floor person. and while looking at the sheds in the parking lot I open one of the shed doors to peek inside there was a homeless person sleeping inside . I felt kind of sorry for that person . I think Home Depot needs to check once in awhile and look inside the sheds they are selling for safety sakes for the customer shopping at this location. there was old food containers in one of the sheds and trash in others .

This was my only 3rd foray in ANY store since last March. ALEX working curbside helped me with everything even thou i was curbside. Helped me get my grill, supplies & tank quickly. He even took off a side table per my request so when he(not we) put the grill in my car, I didn't have to worry any thing being scratched. he taped every securely & padded it with my beach towels. very nice & very kind - a heart lightening experience

Staff is friendly and helpful and all were wearing masks and wearing them correctly.

I was able to locate a friendly employee named Sasha that helped assist me in my choice of a Samsung washing machine. The store was clean. Her desk was tidy as well as the area the papers were being printed from. I was thankful to be able to make my selection without any "helicopter" employees like when you go to a car dealership, you can't look! So it was a relaxing day to look, make my choice, and easily locate Sasha. She was exceptional and kind.

AISLES ARE BLOCKED WITH TOO MUCH PRODUCT AND CUSTOMERS CAN'T GET CLOSE TO WHAT THEY NEED.

Incredible disappointed in store. Took over 30 minutes just to get forklift to lower OSB no one to help load heavy items and when I called since they were too busy to talk while I was in store he simply said sorry you had a bad experience and hung up while I was talking. Employee's would just send me to another employee no help. I understand it can take some time to get forklift but I went in day before waiting for it as well and got tired of waiting told them I'll just come back tomorrow the 2items that were too tall to reach was still not lower. Last grievance no longer offer military discount discount. And trying to rent there van well that was just a nightmare.
