Aisle after aisle is obstructed with overstock merchandise displays making it difficult to move through the store. A half dozen or so attempts must be made at the check-out for the card readers to be able to read my card. The Home Depot corporate office should have purchased new car readers instead of merchandise.

This store customer service has gone way down since 2018. Does not have a warm environment

price and selection are good. Delivery pickup is a pain. This takes time and you must bring your patience.

We needed a new microwave oven and Sonya from the cabinet department helped us. Although appliances wasn’t her department she was very efficient.

I worked with Jennifer on my counter tops, appliances and shower. She is extremely knowledgeable, has excellent customer service skills, listens to customer's needs and an overall pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend Home Depot for remodeling projects.

I love this store! The associates are easy to find, always helpful and carry dog treats in their apron pockets. I’m so spoiled by my store. Once I shopped in the garden center and had several bags of bark to take to the car and before I could get out of the store there was a nice man who said his job was to help get heavy items out and loaded into customers cars! Customer service!!!!

I like Home Depot because it gets me out of the house. I do more and more shopping online these days It's good to get out. I first look for the things I needed and then look around for the things I didn't know I needed.

Today I shopped at #0679 HD store. I had the VERY BEST shopping experience. I filled out the survey, however either by my error or ?, the survey asked me to explain why the store associates were not doing their jobs. WRONG!!! I didn't indicate that. If I did, I'm sorry. it was not meant The User ID: H8B 116820 116146 with the Password of 19302 116141 was the receipt that I perform the Survey. HECTOR is a Number 10 in Customer Service in the Paint Dept., this day, Sunday, June 2, 2019.

This store employs kind and knowledgable folks. A pleasure. The process of buying and transporting a new grill went like clockwork.

It was nice to have a greeter at the door handing out the latest ad if needed and answered my question about the location of a product I wanted which saved me time. That was a real plus on a busy holiday weekend.

Worst store location by far. Parking is a nightmare and customer service is significantly lacking.

Convenient location, products stocked and employees are as always very helpful.

I always find what I need at Home Depot thanks to Christopher in paint department. He knows a lot about paint and if I need help somewhere else he’ll show me if there is no line for paint which I appreciate. He speaks Spanish very good which is helpful. Very patient

The store itself is fine but the labor worker in the north lot make the wife and other lady VERY VERY uncomfortable to drive to store please correct this problem

I’ve been a customer in the Oceanside store on Vista Way for decades. The employees in the store are very knowledgeable of not only their particular area in the store but also in other departments I have found. Both Patrick and Steve in the hardware department has help me several different times in other departments and their knowledge does not lack one bit. Jen with the appliance area has been helping me with purchases for several years now and her knowledge is just awesome! If I going to Millworks I need help I was look forward to Richard‘s help for Chris and Rhonda in Plumbing they actually help me and Hardware before so you see this store does not lack professionalism. When I walk into Home Depot I know I’ll get the kind a help I need, thank you all very much. Brian N.

I like shopping at Home Depot. I like them all, but my personal favorite (if I were to choose) is, store #0679 in Oceanside. it looks like a place to come neat and clean with added help when I need it. it's community oriented, like you should be there. it is compact so I don't have to walk ten miles to find something. so thank you for being there. have a great day

The paint department was very helpful , especially Christopher. I came in asking for a certain color, and got exactly what I wanted . I would recommend this Home Depot location .

Although I live equal distance between the Oceanside and Hwy 76/Vista locations, I prefer the Vista Way store since I have shopped there for a longer number of years and have a familiarity with the store.

Chris in the plumbing department went above and beyond for me today. He took his time with me, explained everything (on more then one trip there today) He even pulled out a refrigerator and demonstrated how to hook up my water line. I appreciate Chris taking the time today, and not blowing me off. Too many times, people are quick to move to the next customer, but Chris took his time with me, making sure I understood everything he was telling and showing me.

Ramona was very helpful. made me feel at ease and didn't make me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. Because truthfully I didn't.

I love the place

On this visit I had 5-star service. Gary in lighting was so helpful. Also Joe in Garden went outside to get a basket for me and also lifted a heavy bag of salt for me.
