I purchased two sliding doors, I was told they were in stock, given a delivery date, no doors. Two delivery dates promised, still no doors. Apparently I purchased doors that are not in stock, and can't be located in other stores. BAD BUSINESS!!!

No help, merchandiser couldn’t be bothered to assist claimed ignorance so I asked him to call for assistance he had a radio, then got past by two employees only of which one was the specialist in that area but left without helping me when I approached the merchandiser again he simply shrugged his shoulders like it wasn’t his problem worst customer service ever just moved to the area will never shop here again and will be rating you on google and yelp

I went to the Oceanside Home Depot today - primarily to buy paint. Throughout my visit, the staff was efficient, available for questions, and friendly. My cashier, Andrea, was exceptionally friendly, patient and helpful. Thank you all!

I went in to buy a tool box last night. Boom...in and out in a quickness. The workers looked it up...located it...lowered it down...and put it in the back of my truck. NICE!! Natasha and Justin....100% great!

We bought appliances they were late. The manager at the store made our experience smooth and easy to process.

I have bought my fridge, washer and dryer and kitchen remodel things, paint and landscape items from this store. Quality, delivery, install and product have matched or exceeded my expectations.

My wallet was stolen and before I caught it someone used my card here and had a ball... I guess no one checks ID anymore .. Make it real easy to lose your money here...

If you're thinking about buying wood from the discount rack, don't unless the price is written on the wood itself, in purple, or they will attempt to charge full price for the item. It's happened to me on three separate occasions now.

I had one of the best experiences ever in Home Depot today. I’ve been shopping at Home Depot since 1986 and Christina from the paint department is the one employee I will remember forever. She went out of her way to help me in the hardware department find the additional house numbers I needed that was up in the shelves. She listen to me, she went and grabbed a ladder, she was pleasant in searching through the boxes to find all of the additional numbers I needed. She grabbed 16 of the 32 numbers I needed! She is definitely amazing! Make sure you stop by and say hi and tell her that you read the review about how great she is!

Excellent store for tools .

I shop store #0679 because associates are knowledgable and I especially like that managers are out on the floor working! Yesterday Tina greeted and offered a cart even as she struggled to move a long line of abandoned carts within the store. She was already assisting a customer when I reached plumbing and I learned a lot about augers while waiting. Then Tina not only pointed the way, she configured my otr vents and thanked me for shopping. Yes, I love shopping this HomeDepot :-)

Extremely buisy store. Everyone always moving. But I found if you ask for help, this store employees always seem to want to help.

Horrible customer service. Not 1 employee greet me or asked if I needed help. I was there for over a half hour. Then I got moved all around to check out. Go to other Home Depots

I like Home Depot and do a lot of shopping there as I do rental property management. I do have 2 complaints - one is that there are not enough people to provide help in the different areas. Plumbing is one area that needs 1 to 2 full time people to help people find things. The 2nd complaint is that this is a smaller store and the variety of stock is limited. I think that Covid has also affected supply of a lot of products. I probably spend $20K to $30K a year at this store. It is the most convenient to my home location. I wish that one of their bigger stores was closer. They are very good on returns. I will continue to do most of my shopping at this store.

This is the best Home Depot because of one person - "Chris" and he's been there a long time and I always will look for him when I need to find something or have a question. He knows just about everything about anything and can always answer my questions and show me where the item is. I ask and trust his suggestions on which is best to buy. He's also a very nice guy. I wish all HD employees were like Chris.

Associates Ernesto and Arlynn displayed amazing customer service during my most recent trip. Kudos to them.

The Oceanside Home Depot perfectly resembles the city is sits in. Crap.

Very helpful employee’s and good customer service. Justin was extremely helpful on finding me what was needed to complete a home project. The store was well stocked and clean. Cashier was friendly and was quick to check me out. The store has ample parking and is conveniently located right near the freeway.

We were so anxious before going into your store. Jim is 85, hard of hearing and a veteran and I am not knowledgeable in hardware stores at 75! Not to worry! Your employees like Kassidy came to our rescue and made our visit to your Oceanside, CA. store a happy experience. She said she was happy we stopped at the store and quickly showed us where all our items could be found! We lost our apprehensions and we're so thankful for the help! Everyone that works at this store seemed to be having a good day and showed it to us making the rest of our day so nice! You hired a great group of folks for your Oceanside, CA. store. Thank you!

Been meaning to leave this review for weeks ... I received such fantastic service from Chris/Plumbing , & want to make sure he is acknowledged. Chris was professional / courteous as are most of the employees at this store, but on the visit in question my irrigation connection issue was not straightforward and when I was about to give up, Chris designed a workaround worthy of 'MacGyver'! Worked flawlessly. Appreciative & awed at Chris' knowledge / determination to make it work. Thank you !

Fist time coming into a Home Depot and not getting my veterans discount. Yes my card is expired but it would have been nice to know and not just be denied. This store has everything I need but the interaction was disappointing.
