Do not let self checkout attendants harrass you with false accusations or assumed notions. While being completely rude. Their the ones stealing company time not the law abiding citizen.

Miriam in flooring at the Oceanside,CA store spent a lot of time with my purchase of over $10K of flooring. She explained the contract and also the possible unexpected problems with flooring that could occur. Miriam also stated that she personally would deal with any problems with the installers should that occur. I found the store neat and clean. Employees helped me find other products I needed.

Just had a great experience with our Oceanside store. Everybody was so nice and polite and took their time to listen to us, and serve our needs the best way possible!! David our sales person helped us even to take our big barbecue to our van and helped to load it, and everybody was very friendly and helpful.

Waste of time. So different from the service at other Home Depot Stores.

After purchasing a grill at checkout with a very friendly cashier it took 25 minutes for us to receive any kind of assistance getting the grill unlocked. Standing outside for 25 minutes was annoying enough I was about to just ask for a refund and go somewhere else. As soon as I got in the customer support line for a refund my uncle calls me letting me know someone had finally arrived.. She offered no apology for the wait, all she said was “which grill” That’s it... no care that they had been calling for this help repeatedly.

The store was clean and tidy but the personnel at the customer service desk are far from helpful.

I asked where plywood was located the worker laughed and said “well it’s not is electric.” Her response was just really nasty and uncalled for.

Everything seems in good order at the store but, it is sometimes difficult to find help if looking for something special.

Employees are courteous and helpful (thank you, Brad in doors and all.)

I was helped by Lydia and Rommin with a difficult return. I have a very strong personality and they handled me with great professionalism. All my questions were answered and my problem was resolved.

great help...bring a cell phone pic to show your problem or project. Don't talk your associate to death with your small talk other people are waiting for his assistance

If you plan on shopping at this store I hope you do not have to have an encounter with the cashier manager Mike. He is very rude, takes his time to come to even see why he is needed, and can’t even help you more than a regular cashier. Not to sure why he is even the manager. Won’t ever see me back at this location again.

Vista Way Oceanside store always clean and easy to move from aisle to aisle because of great organization and open display of products up and off the floor. Especially like both front and back entrances to parking lot, easier to park, get what you need, and be on your way. Employees just seem to be friendly and helpful even if you haven’t approached them first. Twice they helped me locate items at the store website and delivery came on the promised days- very convenient to me.

Small store its okay in a pinch but many times I have to go to a different store to get what I need many times I find the store crowed and almost most of the time lone lines and items I need are sold out.

You need to ad a second floor to the store to offer the same amount of items like all the other stores in the area. NEED TO PRACTICE COVID-19 restrictions to keep people safe!

I love shopping at the garden center. Lots of beautiful varieties of plants. I purchased two plumerias today. I was assisted by several people and they were all nice especially, David at the cashier who was very helpful and pleasant.

It's a smaller Home Depot, but they keep virtually everything I need in stock. The best thing about the store is their employees. They consistently care about what I'm doing with my projects, and always offer a helping hand. They have overall good attitudes, and are far and above their competition. I actually enjoy shopping there (except on weekends). Given time, they'll help me plan out new projects.

The store has a large number of various items related to home building, gardening, electrical gadgets, house supplies and needs.

Some areas are so tight. I can found the products which I looking for easily. I got assistance in wood cutting dept. Store was clean. Associates were friendly and knowledgeable.

Polite employees and they went an extra mile for the elderly couple who needed help next to me. The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful...and polite.
