GREAT PEOPLE AT THIS STORE. ALWAYS HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS.

Awful. Shelves unorganized. Frequently no items on shelf but have to be pulled from overhead bins. Unhelpful employees. Almost as bad as the HD in Emeryville.

Clean store and great staff.

If you have any questions about materials or pricing go see Mike at the pro desk he will take his time and answer all your questions and make you will feel like a very valuables customer!

Merchandise is the same as every Home Depot , San Leandro or Emeryville are safer , this store is redundant .

Good service and nice people

The store is clean and the employees are very friendly and courteous.

The employees at this store are the nicest hardware store employees I’ve ever met. They go above and beyond for the customer and with a smile on their face. They really helped me out in an emergency, showing me how to use the equipment I was buying and being kind and patient.

Horrible customer service and experience Delivery time was set up and paid for in full and home depot decided to not call or show up at the delivery window of 6am to 8pm. I was also asked for more money just to give me an estimated time of delivery. Appalling I will not be shopping here ever.

I feel like this location is a rotten toenail that Home Depot corporate is just waiting to fall off. Maybe it’s the homeless encampments outside. Which I have to say is not Home Depot’s fault. This is the worst Home Depot I’ve ever been to. The service, cleanliness and organization has gone down hill in the last 10 years. I’ve gone many times and tried to track down an employee, when I do find one they have a bad attitude, or seem completely burdened by my inquire. When I ask a question, they have no idea what’s in the store. They have to ask another employee, or google search basic info they should know. The shelves are a disaster, the sheeted lumber has about 4 price tags for the entire isle. There is always trash from other customers laying around. Go to the San Leandro HD down the freeway

i give the store a 5 star the people are very helpful and friendly, store is clean.

ordered Blinds for a rental $4500 plus a month , vendor gave delivery date , shipping co confirm delivery date , send people to pick up 2 days after delivery were told there was no order delivered , to come back later , left all contact info at special service , 4 days later called the store was told there was no order , 6 days later after complaining they finally located the order , boxes crushed and and mangled at the loading dock after a week of being run over by forklift {there was actual tire park on one of them . These peoples at receiving need to wake up and should understand by passing by these giant homeless camp bordering the store , that someone is willing to do their job at a competitive rate , we Customer would gain from it . No Customer is not always right , to the contrary I this case it is customer service 's farce , no one force you to work .

This store needs to be closed down. Aside from its wretched condition that no one seems to care much about, service is beyond the pale. Bought a screen door that stated clearly on the packaging it included all mounting hardware. Got home to find the hardware kit was missing. Came back to the store and spent 20 minutes with millworks employee going thru all the same doors to find that all we’re missing the hardware. So what does the employee advise me to do? DRIVE TO OTHER STORES. Not “hey let me call some neighbor stores to see if they have a kit for you, I wouldn’t want you to waste your time driving all over the Bay Area only to find out they’re missing as well.” I got back to customer service and they had lost the door packaging and receipt I left with them for the 20 min I was back in millworks. Fortunately I found them myself sitting in a random shopping card an aisle away while the rest of the employees were disinterested in making an effort. Home Depot doesn’t deserve to exist. They’re really testing the depths of ineptitude for retail service. They should be embarrassed.

I was looking for a funky plant container and plants for my backyard. Found cool containers made from recycled tires. Really appreciate the selection of organic potting soil too - perfect for herb gardens. The store was well stocked, orderly and for a busy Saturday morning, lines were short and it was an easy in and out.

Uganda, one of their employees who was my cashier today, was GREAT! Very friendly, helpful and just a genuinely happy person. I'm a big fan of Home Depot, but she just made my experience that much better!

This store and its employees manage to keep the inside of this store a pretty average well- run big box store, in spite of the lamentable homeless encampment that almost surrounds the store and impacts the entire neighborhood. It must be very hard to come to work every day and do your job to care for your family, have compassion for those who are homeless who may be trying to do the same and deal with the trash,crime and customer complaints.

Easy to find product using the Store app. Well stocked, great garden section with easy parking. (Parking not at all easy if you wish to park on the lumber side of the store.

The store was easy to navigate and there were lots of employees available to answer questions. The paint department was very busy, but I still got exactly what I needed; Rust-Oleum spray paint. I was glad to be able to walk through the garden area straight to the paint department and plan on what types of plants I will buy on my next visit here!

Unhelpful associates who haven't been properly trained to know where things are in the store and don't really want to help.

We shop at this particular store as it is closest one to us. Never have had a problem - buy our Christmas Tree here and other items for household fixes. Everyone has always been very nice and helpful, just as today.

The parking lots is full, but not a lot of customers. I think the employees take all the spots closest to the store. No one ready wants to help, there just there to hang out.

The store is always clean and the shelf are always stocked with what I need. On my last visit I did not need any help, but a Home Depot employee did ask if I need any help with anything in a nice and friendly tone of voice. Thank's Home Depot for having friendly employees.
