The employees at this store are very friendly and helpful. They make sure you find what you are looking for. If it cannot be located or if its out of stock they will take the time to research where the product is available or even show you alternatives to what is available at this store.

This store is the dirtiest Home Depot on the planet!!

The salesperson Janice 555 was very friendly. Her customer service skills were great.

Everyone was super helpful and friendly. When I asked about products I couldn’t find they helped me download the app, locate the product on the app, and then helped me to find extras of the items I couldn’t find.

Although this store is located in a dense urban environment in a gritty part of Oakland, the store employees are great and they are very supportive, knowledgeable and welcoming. The store can be very very busy but it is huge and well stocked. The location and surrounding streets may seem intimidating but the store is well run and the Oakland PD are right there if needed. I lost my wallet there on a busy Sunday and an hour later returned, thinking it would be long gone, but a store employee had found it on the ground by the check out stand and was keeping it safe for me. Got it back with all contents and a great sense of relief and gratitude for my fellow Oaklanders!

Paint team was extremely attentive and successful at matching paint the other THD could not anyone want antique red paint ? Pam in Appliance is not only very friendly but extremely knowledgeable , electrical is kind of messy some employee don't want to be there , in the wake on the unemployment situation no excuse for swearing at customers . It is evident to be more a Management issue than line Employee at large some are doing their best without back up from direct supervisor and higher , this store has seen it's up and down , the mentality at this point is the same as when the store first open , quite sincerely I would not be surprised if Home Depot pay employee which are not working . Nice to have the Police outside , should the employees take care of the customer you would not need them .

Find all of what I need with a good costumer service, very patient!

at this store need personal that like to work with people, cause some I need help and call to help to find out some productoc o material is hard to find out help and if find someone that person no want to help... cause is that no his/her area of work...

Bad service employees don't seem to know anything about what you come in there for when you need help I spent four hours, supervisor had to get involved, that Caucasian man at the pro desk, they need to fire him. Ms. Bridges the lady with the red hair and the other lady in customer service were helpful when the manager stepped in, both knew what I was going through and explained what happened to me.

Nicest staff at a Home Depot ever. Just everyone I encountered was nice and seemed to enjoy helping people.

I found what I went in for. Though there was a line at the checkout it was well monitored and moved quickly. Janice, my cashier was very friendly and helpful. She offered me a cart to tote away my purchases. The environment in the store was safe and low risk.

now the store keeps an officer all the time so people don't park in front of the store any more looks good keep it up

STORE IS LOCALLY ACCESSIBLE FOR ME TO BUY LARGE ITEMS SUCH AS REFRIGERATORS ETC. FOUND THEM FINE AND ASSISTANT HELPED ME LOCATE THE SIZE I NEED FOR MY KITCHEN. STORE APPEARED CLEAN. ASSOCIATES I DEALT WITH WERE VERY VERY HELPFUL EVEN THE ONES ONLINE WHERE I WAS FORCED TO GO TO PURCHASE THE REFRIGERATOR BECAUSE I COULD NOT REACH ONE PERSON ON THE TELEPHONE WHEN CALLING THE STORE AND I SAT ON THE PHONE FOR MORE THAT ONE HOUR! BECAUSE I WANTED TO AVAIL MYSELF OF THE PROMO PLAN OR PAYING WITH HD ACCOUNT I HAD TO OPEN ONE AND THIS IS WHERE PROBLEM OCCURED. I HAD TO MAKE 2ND TRIP TO STORE AND NICOLE ABLY REORDERED MY FRIDGE CHARGED THE NEW ACCOUNT GAVE ME PAPER WORK BUT NO WORD ABOUT THE MONTHLY PAYMENT PROMOTION AND THIS IS WHY I PAID THIS WAY. PLEASE ADVISE THAT THIS PLAN HAS BEEN INSTITUTED SO I CAN STOP STRESSING!

Uganda, Kalise (Spelling?) Nicole, and Miguel U. are amazing! They were helpful and made my day. These are not easy times to be out- They made it worth coming into the Oakland store. All the employees were beyond helpful. The store was clean, stocked, and organized. My experience with the staff was awesome! They went above and beyond expectation! I so appreciate their patience and graciousness! Will definitely choose home Depot over its competitors due to staff and product availability.

This Oakland store seems to need/have police a constant presence. I find it is less organized and clean compared to other Home Depot's. The parking lot always has excess trash. Lot's of homeless people around the area with large build up of trash and junk.

Marcus and Aaron are both bright spots of this store. They both made my shopping experience much better

Eboni at the pick-up counter was wonderful. She kept everyone in line acknowledged, kept the counter moving by directing other employees on who to assist so that customers were taken care of as fast as possible. She was the only one at the counter that kept in communication with any customers and did it with an upbeat disposition. Truly made this trip better than my first the week prior.

Ordered online, took 20 minutes to pick up because line merged with return line. and workers came and went randomly. Workers were rude when questioned.

Great employees. They did so well I had to grab their names - Monae, Aaron, Edward Rivas and Yao. They helped me get the saw I purchased and they were so kind amidst all of the coronavirus chaos. Thanks for all your help!!!!!!!!
