Lazy staff.

Employees are amazingly helpful and genuinely care about your project! This store is only about 4 miles from our house as is the Darien store, but we love the Oakbrook Terrace store and have had the best luck with the employees and merchandise! Love HD!

This location is always clean, the staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

No cashiers. Won't shop here again.

We purchased a new Toro snow blower. When we got it home, it was missing the setup manual, oil and screws/washers to install the snow chute. We called the store immediately and were told to come in and go to the service desk and they would make everything right. Went to the service desk and they knew nothing about it. They called a man from the snow blower area. He yelled that he said that we had to return the snow blower! I said that wasn't what we were told and it wasn't going to happen because it weighed 98 lbs! He reluctantly opened another Toro carton and gave me the missing items. We should not have been treated like this after buying a $600 snow blower!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Store is neat and clean. I was shopping for appliances, and was able to find everything I was looking for. Ric was a tremendous help, and I will go back there when I am ready to get a new dishwasher. The is easy to get in and out of quickly.

If you go to this Home Depot ask for Mr Bob he knows where everything is and was a real help with ideas for my project.

I was trying to choose snowblower. The lady employee assigned there this morning, she was very very kind, knowledgeable: she helped me to choose what I liked. Also the Casher Donna helped me to open new Home-depot credit card. She was also very kind.

Plenty of available, knowledgeable staff. Rented a Rooter and was assisted in putting it inside truck otherwise, would not have been able to lift it myself. When I mentioned assistance to cashier, she immediately called over radio and within a minute, an associate assisted me.

The employees at this store are always helpful and knowledgeable. We also love the quality of the products sold there. Prices are also reasonable too!

I like how organized and clean this store is. I like seeing people around that ask if I needed any help finding items, especially when it's in the evenings. Their ladies bathrooms were modern looking and also clean and well stocked. I do like that you have a well organized "clearance" shelf as I always like looking for deals. The cashier lady was also nice and helpful. Keep up the great work I'll be back!

Excellent store

I was hoping to purchase some items for my new condo and I ran into Mr. Bob. He explained how contractors can come to my home and provide a free estimate on remodeling/refacing my kitchen cabinets. It went great! They came out and gave me an estimate the next day and now I’m confident I can move forward knowing what it will take to get the job done.

I love this store. Everybody is helpfull and you are treated properly from store entrance to exit. You just take your problem to them and will solve and will show you proper material which you will need. I always go there for home improvement needed. They know exactly what is going in market and suggest correct material and way.
