Great store and location

The reason I may or may not visit this store again is that I live 1.5 hours away. However I will say it again, Donna (cashier) was an absolute pleasure to work with!!

Very clean and organized store. The staff was very helpful. Our cashier, Donna was very helpful and friendly.

If you are working on a project and need project advice to select the correct materials don't go here. The store does not have enough samples on display in lighting, bath and has a shortage of project "know how" and a shortage of project knowledgeable staff available on the floor.

What can I say, other than, this location has excellent service and exceeded our expectations.

Very friendly and knowledgeable associates in each department to assist in selecting the right item(s) for the home.

If I could give half a star or no stars I would. The store was NOT busy and there were several unengaged employees standing around the front who couldn’t be bothered to offer to help me with the simple request I had. When I approached one, Donna, she acted like I was an inconvenience. Pardon me, Donna, but without the money that customers like me pay for the items for which we’re looking you wouldn’t have a job. If this location weren’t ten minutes from work and I need tools from time to time I would promise never to go back, but I guess my hands are tied on that. Any other location I’ve ever visited I’ve been tripping over employees but here they were all at the front pretending to work at the SELF check outs.

I recently had a concern with a product that HD carries. I spoke with David, the Assistant Manager of the Oakbrook Terrace store who was extremely helpful in solving my problem. He was courteous, helpful and a very friendly individual who knows all about customer service.

They're so hopeful at the store and you can go there and pay your payment and they're so nice and helpful It's about the only home depot we go to the other one on 75th Not sure what town that is Are not helpful the very group to you when you come in to make a Home depot payment.

THE STORE WAS NEAT AND CLEAN. THE STAFF GREETED ME WHEN I WALKED IN AND THEY WERE ALL VERY HELPFULL.

Over all very clean store and Friendly store help I had questions and they had the answers.

The area of the store I was in was neat. Product was easy to find and there was plenty of it. Candace, the cashier, was nice and friendly.

Most of the time store is clean, front area is clean, associates are friendly in the area of pluming and selection vanities and counter tops

I HAD A RECENT HERNIA SURGERY. SO IAM NOT SUPPOSED TO PICK ANY HEAVY WEIGHT. THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS STORE WERE VERY HELPFUL IN UNDERSTANDING MY CONDION.

Would usually recommend this store, but the last several visits were dissapointing. One visit was a Friday afternoon (around 4pm) and the other was a Thursday night (around 8pm) visit. Never greeted even though we saw multiple employees each visit. Also left without our deck stain, because the employee was flustered and confused.

I had a lovely young woman who efficiently handled my return and credited my account. The process could not have gone better. Thoroughly satisfied!

I love my Home Depot. Everyone is very helpful and I always have a good feeling when I shop there. This time of year, with the garden center, they always offer help with loading your cart and your car. Thank you!

The people who work here were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. It was very easy to find someone who could help you. They were even helpful if you were "just looking" to make a purchase at later date.

Home depot in Oakbrook Terrace is very organized lots of employees to help. No long lines, Also the garden section as a great number of healthy plants to choose from. Over all this is a great store and location.

This store is the best!! So clean! Everyone is so very friendly and helpful!! I love shopping here for all my home needs. Very close to my house so that’s always a plus! Always a great experience!!
