This store is very neat and clean. It has a very nice manager, Brian, who is very attentive to the customer 's questions and comments. Also the store employees are very nice, friendly, and helpful!

The store was clean and items were in stock. I eventually purchased a calendar that caught me off guard and didn't expect to find at this store. I would shop here again.

I first went up to an associate named ant-man and asked him if he knew where the plumbing items were and if he knew much about them. He stopped what he was doing, answered my question and walked me over to the isle that I needed. He then introduced me to Alex and Alex was able to answer my question. I was very happy.

Very busy store...checking out is faster than your competitors..as stated before ..suggest tv screen as in airports as to where to find items..some fast food restaurants do have tv screens...to know where items are in a large store is not an easy task to learn...self help is needed

Everyone is very generous. I come here often with my husband to purchase materials for remodeling our home. People are always greeting left and right offering help, i’ve Never had a negative experience here.

We were grateful that an item out of stock at our local store was available at a nearby store...thanks to helpful employee who did research for us on his smart phone and also confirmed availability nearby...or online should we not want to travel to the other store.

I had purchased three appliances from this store on 11/18/2017. They were delivered the following Friday but in terrible shape. I refused the products and reordered. I built a new home in Kessler and was told that the reorder will be delivered next Friday. Through a number of calls from the manufacturer my delivery date was pushed back till late December. I was very upset until I got a call from Scott Weikert store manager. He pulled a miracle and changed several things to get me my new Refrigerator, washer and dryer installed today!!! He personally took the challenge of satisfying a very dissatisfied customer. I could not believe all that he did to resolve the problem. What a great Store Manager and staff!!! I wish I had him on my staff. We can now move in and my wife is very happy! Thanks Scott, staff and Home Depot.

The store is usually neat and clean but most employees are not knowledgeable on location of items. The store has a large amount of builder-grade hardware, lighting, doors, cabinets etc but could use a better selection of trendy, higher-end, or custom things. Overall I visit this store about once a week minimum due to remodeling/decorating and will continue to visit it for materials.

this store in oakcliff has every tool I need for my construction job . and the staff are very knowledgeable.
