I enjoy shopping at Home Depot. Courteous staff and great bargains.

Store employees are helpful and courteous. Store has several safety issues . Aisles are blocked stock is in aisles. Water on floor with plants on pallets inside store.

Lilliana helped me apply for my Home Depot credit card and get everything paid off for a home project I have been wanting to start.

I went in to buy a Christmas tree and the attendant and manager were very helpful. The store was stocked up more than other stores I drove around to in Dallas this Black Friday.

The only person who helped us was a lady in customer service named Gema, the guys on the sales floor didn't want to help you find anything.

Some expensive plants, Japanese maples to mention one type, are not cared for, left out in full texas sun. I reported it now 3 times and they are beyond saving when they could be thriving after I reported it the first time. No one wants to take responsibility!

The young kids that work there are so inconsiderate to handicapped people they park their hoopties in the handicap parking spots I’m not talking one or two it was the entire front spots like it was some kind of car show every time I go there same thing , on this particular visit I witnessed 3 handicapped customers having to park further away in regular spots instead of the ones reserved for their use , cause of this inconsiderate persons without a handicap permit . We should all be more considerate of handicapped persons that really need this parking spots. I think next time I witness something like this I’m going to call the authorities especially when it’s their own employees .

Staff is very friendly and helpful. I didn't have my receipt for a return and Rose went above and beyond!

This store is far beyond better than any home Depot in Texas I'm a contractor and I travel all around Texas and believe me when I say if you live in DFW it's worth the trip to go to the store they're always in stock and they always know where to find something not to mention everybody there acts like they actually want to be there and like their job and they're all very eager to help I myself pass up one store that's right by my house just to go to this store. The store is at 2610 fort Worth avenue Dallas Texas 75116 save it in your maps trust me you will eventually if you shop at home Depot frequently

The employees are on task. They greet me when coming in as well as when I leave the store. This young girl asked me if I needed any help and I said no and she said okay well let me know if you do. She made me feel comfortable. The employees are doing the best to attend all their customers even if it gets pack which they do very effectively.

there was a minor inconvenience when i was in self checkout this lovely lady janeth she helped me in what i was stuck with. will be going back to this store location from now on .

Everyone was really helpful. The managers are a little slow to get around but it's a huge store with someone calling for one every five minutes, so I get it. That didn't take away from the great experiences I had there. No one made me feel uncomfortable or a ditz for not knowing anything. They were all friendly and very helpful and patient.

This store gets 1 star only because you have too to submit comment but Horrible experience!! I got all the way opened the table saw that I just purchased at full price and there are parts missing! How ?

Very easy to find items I needed. Received assistant right away when I asked. I was in the garden section was very clean and the associates I had in contact were very friendly and helpful.

Avoid this store if you want garden supplies. They make it hard to get in the store. The parking lot is filled with dirt and mulch but no pricing. It is hard to check out the cash register. There are other stores with lower prices and easier shopping experiences. .

Some of the employees are great like Danielle and Irma. A while back they also had a older Caucasian lady in the electrical department she was awesome as well.

I always enjoy shopping at the Home Depot the people always friendly stores always clean my wife will tell you my favorite store is the Home Depot because she knows it to be true. 365 days a year

Great store conveniently layed out manager or car was very helpful but the cashier's could use people skilks

Upside: They have a lady in electrical who knows all-things electric. Mary has saved me thousands and I haven't burned my house down yet. People are very friendly. Downside: They seem to have more out-of-stock items than most Depots.

For your home related projects the Home Depot is your second home. A place where you find solutions to you needs.

Own 2 homes so we are always running to this Home Depot. Usually has the items we need. Staff is really good and most important courteous. Good supply of bilingual employees a positive plus.

The blinds department is poorly managed and under trained. I want to thank Martyn so being genuinely concern with my issues and trying to resolve them. I would have liked if he said I don't know and scheduled me another appointment with someone else, but I appreciate him trying his hardest to help.
