None of the clerks at the return desk were interested in our comments just go get another one. If no one collects comments and observations corrections are not made. Not everyone has a computer or internet service.

Delilah Cashier was Friendly and polite.

For some reason it seems this store never has quite enough of anything in stock. I live a few blocks from here and often have to go to the Lemmon store to get what I need. Employees are friendly and hardworking but there is hardly ever enough soap in the bathrooms and items are always low in stock.

The store is clean. The employees are knowledgeable about the merchandise and are very helpful. The store is well-stocked. This is no stress when shopping at this location.

Trash service.... waited more than 15 minutes to get a key made... and guess who made it for me??? ME! I asked every home depot employee if they knew to to make keys and they are like nope... I'm like just give the freaking passcode and will make my own freaking key...

Store was clean, easy to maneuver and the prices are good.

Avoid this store, no one who works there gives a care to help if you can't locate something.

They go above and beyond the call of duty!

They were out of the cleaning coupon books. You know, the giant display that’s there as soon as you walk in... an employee contacted the manager about it and they didn’t care. They did not offer me any sort of alternative. I had to take a loss on time and gas to come up here specifically to shop cleaning. If the coupon books are “first come, first serve”, then THD should advertise as such. No where on the giant display in the store does it say “while supplies last”.

AL incredible! Calvin...awesome! Terrific crew here at this location. Beyond impressed. I was In the store for a creative project, a makeshift project, which required MASSIVE creativity and expertise. ....these two gentlemen really cared about my experience... Al even took me around the entire store, while handling other customer needs, and back to me to continue helping me with my project of such magnitude. It was a blast, thank you! I will Be back!! Many many More projects.

I think that the Ock Cliff Home Depot location in Dallas, Texas is customer service oriented, has friendly associates, they are genuinly willing to assist when needed, and the store is always clean and fully stocked! Kudos

Helpful employees in an area that desperately needs a store like this.

Where am I supposed to put my purse while I'm scanning and looking away and people are bumping up against me as they leave the store? Why isn't there a counter for me to put items while I'm scanning them? Why isn't there a way to put items in bags that without it falling off the little metal hangers? There is no order, where do people stand to wait, people are all over the place. 75% of the kiosks say "Lane Closed." We're being charged the same, with less service. If you're trying to keep people from shopping in the store, you're doing a good job. I will NEVER go into one of your stores again. If I buy anything, it will be online, and you will have to shut your doors. Very, very unsatisfied customer!

This is a pretty friendly store that is well stocked. The plant selection is usually pretty limited, though. Had a question about paint and they were able to answer it. Store was clean but a very big box outdoors was blocking my way as I tried to shop outdoors.

Did not get what I needed. Items were in the wrong bins, nothing behind or overhead. Groups of employees huddled together offering no help. Isles were blocked with clutter and service laters The young lady at the checkout was quite friendly. Smiling and helping me quickly. Her manager was shouting orders to her in a rude fashion but she kept smiling and talking nice to me. This store needs help and new management soon... I will not be back.
