Home depot needs to up their customer service.

This Home Depot has great customer service and most items are in stock. I do find the store runs out of sale items quickly and this is understandable. The customer service is amazing!

The store was up to grade A on cleanliness and the helpers in the garden section were also Amazingly helpful with what I was looking for.

The interaction I had with your employees was a very positive experience, they were all very helpful, polite and had a positive attitude. It's been a long time since I've had that kind of service. Thank You!

Aurturo was a rare treat in retail sales these days. He took the time to find what I needed in the store. I visited NW Home Depot here in Bakersfield to buy a 1/2 inch EMT conduit bender. I went to electrical isle and found that there were only 1” EMT Conduit benders. I flagged down a clerk and he pointed his phone/device at sticker where the 1/2 inch benders were supposed to be and said the Panama Store had one. I went outside and checked my phone and it said that this store had four 1/2 inch EMT conduit benders. I went back inside to customer service and waited in line. Autturo was working his butt off. No dust gathers on him. He walked over and said he could help me. I showed him my phone with the information stating this store had four benders. He and I went to where the benders were and noticed that there were only 1inch benders. Aurturo went back to customer service terminal and searched further. The customer service manager asked if he could help. The manager quickly found that the four 1/2 inch benders were in the overhead storage area. Aurturo went and found them and brought one for me. As I said, this type of help is rare these days and I greatly appreciate Aurturo’s efforts.

The Rosedale Hwy. Home Depot Store was Awesome! They are fully stocked, the people are friendly and I had a great shopping experience! Dallas, who assisted me in flooring, really knew the products and I was able to get everything I needed on One trip! Love that store!

Barbara was extremely helpful and ensured that I recieved my military discount here in California. I did not know that my PRO account was not associated with my Military service so thanks again Barbara for helping me out!

Horrible customer service.

Customer service employees are at the worse rude and don’t seem to remember customers come first. Great with kindness and help customers with kindness.

My husband and I strongly recommend The Home Depot on Rosedale Hwy, in Bakersfield, California. We found most of the products we were looking for easily. When we did not find something, we were able to get assistance if we needed it. Its employees were very kind, respectful and efficient. We will definitely return. I was not at the store physically as I am locally in Las Vegas, NV - however Kim @ Pro was an amazing sales associate that provided better knowledge and service than any other home depot associate I have ever spoken to in the MANY HOME DEPOTS we have came across. Her knowledge and willingness to spend time to even call back and inform of what happened to my account, sign me up for pro and discuss the benefits of using pro - which no one ever spends the time to do - AMAZING. If you ever come to this store in Bakersfield - GO TO KIM @ PRO - SHE WILL HELP YOU AND SHE KNOWS HER STUFF!

Awful customer service and zero knowledge with the product and even the credit card , no body wanted to help and every associate gave me a bad and wrong info

If you run into Beau, Hannah, Estabon or Jay in the garden department you are in good hands. Home Depot should be proud to have these employees on their team. The gardening department stands above the rest of the other departments. These employees are so helpful and friendly. The store is clean. I found everything I needed at a decent price.

Many Garden products are out of stock. Hardware employees don’t help out but an older plumbing employee did offer to help with sprinklers.

For this Home Depot location, it is pretty normal not to be able to find someone to help you with your shopping experience or questions. Yesterday, we were in the plywood section trying to find a piece of wood to replace shelves in our motorhome. I had asked THREE ladies to help us and not one of them came back to assist us. I finally found a nice gentleman to help, but he needed to call another employee to get the plywood down that we needed. This new gentleman (short, stocky, bald with glasses, Caucasian) came walking toward us, never greeted us, but we asked if he was the gentleman going to help us. He said yes and asked if we had a cart. My husband told him no, that we couldn't find any available wood carts. There was however a cart next to us, that was full of items looking like someone was using the cart. The employee literally started taking these pieces of wood out of the cart and throwing them onto the ground. LOUDLY, it made me jump and others around us jump each time. It was actually embarrassing the way he was throwing a fit almost. Once he cleared the cart, he asked what we needed. My husband pointed to the plywood that was about 3 wood-rows up. The employee then said. "Oh of course the one that I can't reach." Then walked away mumbling that he needed to get ANOTHER employee to help. My husband decided to grab the piece of plywood himself by stepping on the first shelf and pulling down the one we needed. We put it on the newly emptied cart and went to the cutting section. Luckily, the nicest employee, Tony, was extremely helpful in the cutting section and helped us with exactly what we needed. Also, the cashier that checked us out was friendly and helpful. Honestly, Home Depot is our normal "Go-To" because it's so close to our home. I think we will start shopping elsewhere.

Unfortunately some of the employees are to busy ditching work or chatting with other associates to assist customers. Also when asked a direct question about discounts - they should answer directly

If I have a price discrepancy, I ask for a manager. The Ming Avenue and Gosford stores don't seem to care about logic or reason. This leads me to believe they don't give 2 craps about customers. I wasted my time going to the other stores because the app shows different amount of item in stock or different price. The Home depot app shows me a certain price, so I head off to the store expecting to pay that price. Rosedale managers understands that its the right thing to do to adjust the price, because of whatever error, reasonable price difference.

The young man who helped me with the bathroom and kitchen faucets was very helpful and professional. He didn’t make me feel rushed and also was able to help other customers too. At check out Aliah helped me and was so efficient, cheerful and professional. When another employee came over to show her how to take the security bands off of my boxes, I asked both of them if Aaliyah was new. The one employee said it is only her second day. I would not have known that she had just started working at Home Depot. Aliyah was so quick and very thorough along with her huge smile and sweet personality. I hope she continues to work at Home Depot because she has natural customer service skills.

Worse customer service ever! The Lady at the paint center doesnt know what she's doing! And didn't even apologize when she messed up our order. It should only take 30 mins Max but we ended up spending 2 hrs! Never again
