Store would not honor the same terms as available on the website. I bought a grill which would not light when I got it home. The grill was not assembled correctly. I am now waiting for parts from Weber.

Always have the items I need and service is great. Close by to my home - easy in and out.

The store was receptive to the eye. Sales associates very helping in answering questions and leading me to the merchandise I was looking for.

Generally can find what I am looking for and most employees are helpful.... I would particularly like to single out Tony in the electrical dept. I have needed his help on many occasions and consistently find him to be extremely knowledgeable, courteous, understanding, patient and professional.

Very frustrating shopping there as we are given inaccurate information by phone and in person, get bounced around from department to department and person to person for the simplest of purchases.

Great store

I spent a whole day loading my truck in the pouring rain to return defective items that I didn’t save the receipt for After the return I was told I could NOT us the credit online. I don’t want anything in the store and now I have a useless credit. DONT SHOP HERE!!!!!

The store needs to be cleaner the out side where they have the plants and fertilizers had broken bags of fertilizer that where all over the isles where customers have to walk and children this is a chemical that you as a consumer should not be exposed to

Best Home Depot in the area. Friendly and helpful staff. Store manager, James, is very visible and hands on.

My husband and I have been going to Home Deport for years and have been very happy with our results. The employees including the cashiers have been very pleasant and helpful. We completed a renovation 7 years ago using many Home Depot products.

Generally a good store. Lot of inventory. If you can find someone (not always easy) they mostly know what they are talking about.Parking can be hard on the weekends.If you getting something little use the upper deck. I try to go before or after work on weekdays because parking is easier and checkout is faster.

Ive been coming to this store for over 20 years. It has always been and continues to be a store that is clean, organized, fully stocked. The staff has always been and continues to be friendly and helpful. The items carried in this store are always items that people look to buy for their homes or projects around the home.

Items are easy to find. Every employee knows location of items being sought. A warm and comfortable atmosphere exits and if customer appears to be searching, a store employee always approaches to assist. Laverne at customer service desk can always be counted on to assist or summon staff for assistance. I continue to always patronize this particular store and appreciate how upper management selects the best staff!

Parking is a bit of a pain, but not more than any other store on CT Ave. Good product selection, friendly staff...
