A well run, well managed store. I always get excellent assistance from the floor associates. The store is clean and orderly.

We found the carpet quickly, the sales lady explained the differences and we wrote up the sale. The store was very orderly and clean.

I love going to Home Depot...

My shopping experiences at the Home Depot in Norwalk have been consistently good. I strive to be "handy," but I'm not. My knowledge is limited so I always have questions. The employees at the Norwalk, CT Home Depot are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, which I appreciate. They are also professional, friendly and courteous. I have shopped at other similar stores and can not say the same thing about the customer service at those stores. Someone is always there to help me find what I need or make a recommendation or answer my questions. The store is also clean and the employees all wear masks, which is comforting in this time of coronavirus.

I already said everything i love the home depot the store is clean,organized,friendly people,i was there shopping about 3 weeks ago buying paint for my sons room,the lady that helped me was so nice she racomended paint brush and everything else that i needed.Thank you for all you do stay safe.

Zayda greeted me and was very helpful /. compassionate.

No help in paint department for over an hour and 15 minutes. Manager informed. Called for help to go to paint department and after. 20 minutes no one still showed up. Manager did not make sure someone went to paint department. Poor management. Many people waiting and trying to get help. Inexcusable!!!

Customer service at the store is HORRENDOUS! Needed their assistance on several occasions and they’ve literally ignored me (acted like they didn’t see me as they were circled up chatting), tried to pawn me off on another rep in the area, or told me they couldn’t help me because they had to get ready for closing time. What’s that about?! The only saving grace is that there is a cashier (Smita) who on two occasions has gone the extra mile to help me out.

Always seem to have a good experience in this particular Home Depot, knowledgeable staff and good stock.

Great store my everyday job supplies all in one place just need more associates especially in the night after 6pm.

It’s a mess. More of a wreck really. Stuff everywhere, shelves not restocked, and the self check out monitors stand behind you watching you like you’re about to steal the Hope Diamond. Won’t back away a decent distance even if you ask them to. If they can stand there that close, one on one, they can open another register or 2! Customer service has maybe 1 or 2 people there, and a line, while there are 2 greeters at the door, 4 down chatting in flooring- it’s nuts. Redeploy your people where they’re needed. Can’t get carts down the aisle, garbage strewn about. Displays plunked down just anywhere, regardless of the dept or what’s being offered. Plants in paint, plants in electrical, plants in HVAC.

The associate, Wil, at the windows desk was friendly, helpful, and efficient. He was knowledgeable about the brand I wanted to purchase and the available options. He answered my questions and made my order easy and quick. His sense of humor was a plus !
