Out of the 8 light tubes that I purchased, 4 of them were broken in box.

Sergio made me feel confortable and helped me. From the moment I entered the store till the moment I checked out . Great costumes service .

Larry working in the floor tiles/carpeting section was very helpful. He didn't ignore me when he saw I was having difficulty with something but instead came over to me and offered assistance. It's because of Associates like him why I will return to shop at Home Depot.

Continue their professional behavior and treat the customers like they matter..

I want to recognize Pauline and Steve in the window treatment department. They were knowledgeable and extremely helpful with cutting and locating the numerous shades I needed. Simita at the checkout was pleasant and friendly too. I had an excellent experience; thanks to the Store Manager for running a HD that I will continue to shop in. Home Depot should recognize these employees for their outstanding service.

Kitchen (Leo) and flooring (TG & Steve) employees are Aces! Outside vendors like bath fitters and cabinet refacing were arrogant bigoted and disgusting. Bath fitter actually refused to deal with a female and wanted only to deal with "the decision maker" (male). Cabinet refacing vendor used terms like WASP (white anglo saxon protestants), not towards us but as a general term to describe an area near us. Then proceeded to criticize our home and design choices (paint color). As long as you're dealing with the actual store employees you'll be okay. The outside vendors are complete and total pigs

COULD USE MORE ASSOCIATES LIKE WILNA WHO RATHER THEN TELLING ME SHE DID NOT KNOW WHERE THE ITEM WAS I WAS LOOKING FOR SHE INSTRUCTED ME TO FOLLOW HER AND FOUND A PERSON WHO SHE KNEW WOULD KNOW THE LOCATION OF THE ITEM AND THEN LEAD ME TO IT. I HAD ASKED TWO OTHER ASSOCIATES AND THEY TOOK GUESSES AND THE ITEM WAS NOT IN THE 3 LOCATIONS THEY DIRECTED ME TO. THIS MADE ME FRUSTRATED. WIILNA'S APPROACH WAS NOT FRUSTRATING, SHE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND FOCUSED ON THE CUSTOMER.

Absolutely awful flooring department. It was all down hill from the start - the guy smoked cigs, others were clueless. Sold me the wrong flooring, tried to tell me I had 100% humidity in my basement which would mean there are puddles which there were not. Missed deadlines. Wrong information. Wrong pricing. 40 page invoice made zero sense. Did not call back when they said they would. I'll buy some nails and small stuff but they should saw off the flooring department and float it out to sea. The cashiers are generally cool, especially Shannel - helped out with a huge return of sham laminate order. She was awesome.

This isn't really a review on the store itself. The delivery service was horrible! We were told that they would call half hour before they arrived. We received a call at 9:50A that they will be there in 20 min, I told them that my husband won't be there until half hour from when they called. At 10:02A dispatcher called and said they were there and will leave at 10:15AM. I requested for them to wait until 10:22A, dispatcher said that there's nothing they can do and will have to reschedule. My husband saw them on the street and asked for them to deliver, they refused and left. I called HD HQ and they spoke with dispatch. I have to wait a week for my appliance delivery and that the longest they can wait is 20 min. They waited less than 20 min. Very disappointed and feel like I can't trust HD anymore. Debating on cancelling my order.

We go to the Norwalk, CT HD store for all our needs, despite the closer availability of alternatives. Part of this is our familiarity with the store and part due to the availability, approachability and helpfulness of the Associates. The aisles are always clean, well-marked and neat. We always enjoy our visits to our HD and feel we have purchased quality goods for a fair price.

I would recommend this is been my favorite store since I opened my business they been of great help.

It is a very friendly store to shop . I love it.

Home Depot app lists that 100s of moving boxes in size needed are available in aisle 63. Aisle 63 does not exist. Boxes are in another aisle & needed size is sold out. App lists that multiple concrete drill bits in size needed are in stock, but they're all gone. Christmas items fill aisles, so people can't get by each other, social distancing or not. No bags-paper or not-are available in self checkout. Therefore, people won't use self checkout & wait in lines for understaffed cashiers, who don't want to give or sell you bags.

Professional and friendly service from Jose on the floor while I was shopping for a Christmas tree. He was aware of sical distancing and made me feel comfortable.

Had a one-of-a-kind, seamless experience at this Home Depot. It boiled down to the customer service and kindness of its employees. Michele went above and beyond to assist me. Highly recommend this location. This was our first time going to this store, and we will certainly be returning.
