Employee disrespect and yells at customers. Manager walks away to do other things when trying to explain the situation. Every sentence would leave to do other things on the other side of the customer service area. Never shopping with Home Depot again.

My name is Mr. Nagi, l visited the North Bergen Home Depot on 10/18/2017. I purchased a large appliances-Lg refrigerator. I had the opportunity to work with Ms. Loretta and her co worker Mr. Emmanuel Garcia. Both of these associates went out of their way to accommodate me with my purchases. They were both professional and willing to answer all my concerns and questions.!!!!! customer service at its best. I will visit the store because of the service l received today and in the past.

Aysha in tool rental provided great customer service was knowledgeable and quick.

My experience at this home depot was extremely great.employees are very courteous and helpful.

The North Bergen store was the cleanest and most well-organized Home Depot that I've ever shopped at. The employees in every department in which I shopped - paint, kitchen, garden, hardware - were all very friendly and helpful and the cashier was great.

Store associate always help customers who need an extra hand. They'll grab a forklift and bring to you what you need, help load and are patient as you checkout.
