Associates gather on groups to talk instead of taking care of customers. If you dare to ask for help, their answer is more like you are bothering them. Online sales are getting more frequently due to the lack of customer service and customer engagement from brick and mortar stores. Managers rather change the on-hands to 0 instead of take time and look for items that customers went to look for, when their on-hands was more than 24 units (usually biggest units o\n a box).

Great store, but staff is unapproachable. They seemed bother by the customers.

Only reason why I would recommend this store is based on the exceptional service from the cashier YULIENIS. She was the best, they should of 50 of her! She was a blessing. Gracias chica!

Store employees at the customer service registers are terrible and offer terrible customer service to employees, they are so mean and lazy and make your experience horrible. I left the store with the feeling of "surviving its staff" although there was one guy who was very nice and helpful when I had questions and needed help. Overall though, I am not interested in going back there or spending my money in Home Depot. Another guy by the regular register had no clue of where I needed to pay and leave the items for pick up and he sent me to the tool rental area which is at the end of the store completely opposite to the customer service are where you do pay and schedule the pick up. Seriously dude?? He made me walk back and forth with heavy stuff and when I sort said something to another store employee he apologized and walked away. I'll take the apology though. Also, when I called "Customer Service" on the phone and requested someone who speaks Spanish the lady who picked up the phone hung up the phone on me. Terrible - Terrible - Terrible!!!

the store is arranged right and items are easy to find.

While the availability of products here is great, however the staff that work in the gardening center are wildly sub par. I asked for help to see if they more of a product was in-stock (the last one left on the floor was broken) and I was bounced from place to place, left waiting for help, and once I found someone that worked in the correct location, she was less than helpful.

i will not recommend a store that doesn’t listen to customers who were sexually harassed by the supersivoer Jay and doesnt do anything about it!!!

This is my favorite Home Depot Store, they have everything I need. Store is very well organized and neat. thank you so much for the great service.

The North Bergen store has employees who provide great service. I am never disappointed. It has been my experience, since they opened many years ago, that they are always willing to spend time with me to determine what my needs are and take me to whatever it is I need. I am very happy with the employees in North Bergen. Thank you.

The store was nice and clean ,was a lot of the resgister open the line was moving fast ,the cashiers and the associate on the floor was very amiable

You have two great girls who work in the customer service department name Anna and Gloria both of them are very helpful there always have a smile on there face and always helpful when you need help
