Horrible nobody knew anything in this store after and hour a nice guy name Raymond was very helpful and patient helping me knew the store off the top of the head

I used to live in Camden Delaware. North Bergin felt like home. I like HD because I can find items to help me fix many things in my home. It helps me to be independent.

Rude workers horrible policies

The associate was friendly and helpful.

I had to wait at least 20 minutes for someone to respond and when someone finally came they had absolutely no knowledge about anything I was asking. So instead of just saying he was unsure he made the suggestion of bending the product (a drawer slide) to make it work and the item wasn't meant to be bent. When I corrected him he became very nasty and rude and threw his hands up and walked off. The employees here have NO idea what they're talking about so if you shop here be sure you know EXACTLY what you need because when u ask for help if someone actually responds they will have NO idea how to help again that's IF they come at all.

If you need to waste time ,Nothing to do go to Home depotNorth Bergen NJ-- There as Long as Employees Have there phones with them as they are supposed to be working chances are you asking for help may come on deaf ears the First few "Excuse Me's" Then when they Finally lift there head your maybe Annoyed, By aski g them How much is ? Or Where a item may be ??

Really bad store for deliveries, they have no clue to what they are doing, how can you deliver an incomplete order and have the customer on the phone for 96 minutes trying ro fix it only to find out it will take another week to deliver the missing items, lets see if on fact they will deliver!!!

It had very good service and nice workers. The products I needed was very easily to get. Yes I did get the assistance when I needed it. The store was very clean. The associates was very friendly and helpful.

The cashier in the garden center Jose was extremely rude. Today was the 3rd time and last time I will shop there. On three different days he was always very rude. So now I will go back to Lowes where the workers are wonderful. I rather spend a little extra to be treated with Respect instead of like Garbage!

I had a terrible experience at the time of installation of a washing machine and dryer. I was advised that I could buy the hoses and duct from the store and the technician would install the machine. However, technician refused to install the machines because the hose package was opened, duct was incorrect. Calling the store and costumer reps were useless. We were advised to hire someone to install the machines. Very upsetting because we went to the Home Depot store because it could install the machines. We customers don't buy these machines everyday. Please inform the costumers properly. Return the machines right away.

i had best of experience at this store. employees were very friendly. i was able to buy 2000sq of flooring and all other materials within 30 mins with all the great help of employee. Employee also explained about the promotions going on and was able to save lots of money. Great Store with Great Staff

I have been to many Home Depot stores in my life both here ,south Jersey as well as Long Island. I have to say this store by far is my number one store. All the employees are always there to assist me, they are extremely friendly, courteous and the managerial staff is amazing. If I ever have a problem I go to the manager who is always there and he gets right on it even if he has to do it himself. Fitni and the entire staff at North Bergen Home Depot should get an award of excellence. It doesn't matter if I get there at 7 am or 10 pm I never have to wait to be attended to, the store is always immaculate and well stocked. Bravo Keep up the amazing work

Employees are poorly trained, do not know anything about products, & have a hard time speaking English.

The store was great buy Juan kristal was perfect
