People there are unfriendly.

The Home Depot Store in Newton, NJ is simply "THE BEST" - due to their fine staff of awesome employees who go the extra mile to provide 100% customer satisfaction! "Deanna" serves as an example for all and as a supervisor/assistant manager, she leads by example.

Super friendly and helpful employees, overall pleasant experience shopping there!

continually a poorly managed store, go to roxbury or dover

if you want to be pestered by a guy selling generators this is the store for you

Arlene was incredibly helpful. She is knowledgeable and friendly. I am impressed with her customer service skills.

The store is well stocked and appears to be well managed. Some of the workers at the Newton store are very nice and helpful, but some are not. I like the layout of the place and would shop there more often if my human interactions there were more pleasant in general.

The woman helping us find a refrigerator was wonderful. (The online survey generalized my responses incorrectly that we were dissatisfied, & then the back button didn't work.) Our frustration was over the miscommunication between the employees-- as far as which service desk to go to.

Very friendly staff, all ask if assistance is needed in any way. Store is well stocked of items and is clean.

Clean store. Very friendly and efficient employees , not hard to find someone to help. Have had mgrs help us too. We are in quite often as we are doing several diy projects in our house.

Would like to see a better plant department. Home Depot has few distresses plant sales— would rather throw plants out. When I asked for some wilted plants for a senior center, I was told they had to be thrown out. Not enough informed sales people. Used to be employees has knowledge of their departments

By far, the best Home Depot i have ever been in. They hire a staff that knows their stuff. They are always visible in case of a needed question. Their cashiers are tops, i mean tops. They always give you the time of day. They communicate very well, and you never get the feeling like; "ok, get out now, i'm done with you". They really appreciate their customers.

VG store in helping veterans like myself get assistance, both performance and attitude, for in-store purchases as well as online orders. This store is the best of three choices available for me.

I like my Home Depot store. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff ready to answer any questions you have.

get better customer service employees. someone that can actually help the customer instead of passing the buck and saying someone else will call you back later

NOT ENOUGH EMPLOYEES Grossly understaffed and female manager tries to deflect all complaints and gives ambiguous answers. GO TO LOWES

Always has what I need. The staff has always been willing to help me find something or answer a question. What is most helpful is that if there is no one in the department I am in someone will come over and help,even if not their department.

Man named Al in the Electrical Dept. is who you want to seek out to help you with all your electrical needs!

This is one of my favorite stores. It is laid out great and the people are nice and super knowledgeable.

From the store manger to the young man who collects the carts in the parking lot everyone at this HD is friendly helpful and totally professional. i always look forward to my visits to HD.
