If you are into OBSTACLE COURSES, shop at this store. TOO MUCH STUFF CLOGGING THE AISEWAYS. I almost got sent flat on my face to the floor because of it. Corporate office would LOVE to know there's a tremendous liability having the aisle ways too CLUTTERED - which endangers shoppers!!!!!!!!!

The store is convenient for shoppers in the Newton NJ area. The next nearest Home Depot is at least a half hour drive from Newton. Most of the time they will have what I am looking to buy. Associates are friendly and often greet you. But there are times you may have to go looking for one when you need help.

We were so happy that we went to this Home Depot in Newton. Leo was so helpful and went way above and beyond to help us. He was knowledgeable and funny. He asked us if we needed any help and ended up recommending something completely different and helped us choose exactly what we needed for the remodeling project we are working on. That is great customer service. John B was great too and Laura at the check out couldn’t be any nicer. It’s a great store. We’ll be back!

Not crowded. Purchased vanity for bathroom. We had help getting the furniture off shelf and help with loading it. Without asking for help. Pleased with prices and service

Very clean store! Friendly and knowledgeable employees. Well-stocked and had everything I went in for and at reasonable prices! I even opened a line of credit which only took a few minutes and offers pretty good incentives. I recommend this store.

Ordered online and got email to pick up my order was ready. Walked in gave my order number, cashier verified my ID and got my stuff. Fast and easy.

Great pick up for all my essential needed home projects. Will be constantly coming back here for the foreseeable future and beyond. Good employees here as well that they will walk you to where you need to find exactly what you are looking for.

Some employees was not helpful bought a grill and didn't have help to put in my van they didn't even ask if I needed help putting in cartge cashier in gardening had to help me with a customer that passed by and ask me if I needed help

I am very pleased by the professional intervention of the Store Manager whenever I have any issues with my purchases. Typical example was yesterday, 04/09/21 when a Customer Service employee could not resolve my issue. In addition, both Walter and John were very kind helping me to load the 40 bags of soil I purchased.

The 3 associates at 6:45 am April 9, 2012 that we encountered were extremely helpful at the customer service desk this morning near the garden center. All were very helpful in assisting us, to the location that we wanted, & helped to load the truck with bags of garden soil.

Everything I need is almost always in stock and the staff always knows where to find it in the store.

You REALLY DON'T WANT TO HEAR MY OPINION!!!!!

BE CAREFUL WHO MIXES YOUR PAINT!!! I PROVIDED HOME DEPOT PAINT LABEL FROM PREVIOUS PAINT PURCHASE AND ASKED ASSOCIATE TO MATCH THE COLOR AND PROVIDE ONE GALLON. I PROVIDED THE LABEL WITH THE PAINT COLOR CODING AND STILL RECEIVED THE WRONG COLOR PAINT!!! NOT ONLY DID I RECEIVE THE WRONG PAINT BUT ALSO WASTED ROLLERS, BRUSHES, AND TIME TO FIND OUT IT WAS THE WRONG COLOR ON MY CEILING!!! I WILL RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AS IT IS A CLEAN, NEAT, WELL STOCKED LOCATION. I HOWEVER WILL NOT BE PURCHASING PAINT HERE ANYTIME SOON.
