A wasted trip. Always

Whenever i go to the Newton NJ home depot the associates are always very pleasent and helpful .. Never have an issue with this store and i shop there way too much lol...

Everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful. I wasn't sure what I needed exactly and they directed me perfectly!

No people around to help- the product I purchased had so much dirt on the top I had to wash my hands and dust myself off. Store cluttered - boxes all around - to get my item out I had to move three large boxes to get out with the item. I am 76 years old and my husband is 78- did not enjoy my shopping experience.

Bought 5 buckets of driveway sealer. No stock on the shelves and no one around to bring it from the yard. And finally when one guy brought it inside by the back door and dropped the skid and drove away. Leaving for me to open shrink wrap and load the cart. I am 67 years of age and needed help. Finally store manager Eric came to help.

The associate Ms Pauline was very knowledgeable and helpful during my shopping experience. I was in and out in no time. This is now my preferred location.

It's not my local store, but had something I needed which my local Home Depot did not have. What a different experience!! All around the BEST HOME DEPOT I've found. Wish I lived closer. From sales help to the great garden center, I loved it!

The store itself is small. The people that work there are nice though. That goes a long way with me.

everybody was very friendly, not like other home improvement stores.

We purchased a new GE dish washer and it went smooth. Dawn Ryan was professional and helpful. She is an asset to your store and company.

I bought a Traeger Pellett Grill and supplies and I am very pleased with this purchase. We had our first grill last night ( hamburgers) and they were wonderful. Can't wait for that steak.

The Newton, NJ store employees were great. The Customer Service was wonderful when we had a return. Patio Dept employees very helpful helping us with options and finally deciding on a Hampton Bay Laurel Oaks 7 piece dining set.

Since I moved to North Jersey I find myself browsing through Home Depot even if I don’t buy anything. Great atmosphere and informative staff to help me with my next project.

I spend lots of time and money at the store but my last trip I needed lots of help and te associate, Mike did an amazing job.

I bought MDF Board at Home Depot. Newton Store was the only place I could find what I needed for my home project!!!

I have been to all the local Home Depot stores in my area, I think the Newton store has the best layout. I never have an issue with finding any product.

Shopping late on New Years Eve - the manager, Eric, ordered my item online after not being able to locate it on the shelves. Received the item in three days!

Only had one problem in 20 years here at home depot of Newton NJ, but it was a bad one. And it had to do with customer service never calling or emailing back. I was charged a restocking fee because of their poor service. I am not at all happy. Don't let this bad review stop you from going here because this is an exceptional Home Depot otherwise.

Friendly staff, always helpful and knowledgeable about where I could find the product I need.

Too many carts of all kinds BLOCKING aisle ways and narrowing others. I am referring to unattended carts - being used by EMPLOYEES.

Stopped at self checkout and questioned if I didnt scan all my items. Had to wait while HP employee logged on and re checked my order. If you dont trust your customers dont have self check out and open manned checkouts.

since we bought our house 15 years ago we've been going to the newton home depot. we've always been satisfied with the service and selection in the store. the people are always willing to help and a lot of times will go out of their way to make sure we are satisfied.

Very friendly, polite, & knowledgeable staff and well stocked. Not as busy or hectic as some of the other stores in more populated parts of the state. That alone is worth taking a trip to this particular store even if you have a closer store.

Had a great experience this afternoon! Finally, didn't have to hunt down an employee for help.. Had a generous employee named Crystal (with a great outlook on life) come to help and show us "manly men" how to pick out lumber, and how to load it in our truck. She sure showed us lol! Had a great attitude, and made tonight's shopping fun! Especially during these time of ridiculous material prices.. Good stuff!!

Home Depot of Newton is a pleasure to shop at. The Staff are friendly and helpful. We can always find what we are looking for no matter what season of the year.

This is the best Home Depot in North Jersey. Been coming here for years. The General Manager needs total accolades for hiring the right people and keeping the veterans as well. Every one is so cortesous. The layout is superb out of all the Home Depots in the area. Will always been back. Check it out JJ is the man.

id like to give a heads up to the newton store mgr. mark mcfadden has always been very helpful to me. i worked with him at a lumber yard for a long time and hes an awesome guy. he should be promoted and i know hes a hard worker. cant say enough
