My husband and I shop Home Depot religiously. We even sing a song we made up that is the same tune as "Green Acres" is the place to be..... we remove Green Acres and replace it with "Home Depot" is the place to be..... ETC. We enjoy seeing all the new items available for the holidays and especially the Garden Center.. We are always greeted by someone and we can always count on that someone has great knowledge to help us with our questions or projects. Thanks Home Depot......

Thank you Stevie (21) at Newburgh Home Depot for your kindness and helpfulness! I came in needing help on a small project and Stevie not only walked me through the store to help me save money on the project, but also helped me to the register with my items, found cardboard to protect my car (without me asking) from the dry wall chalk, and helped me to load my car in the rain. With employees like Stevie I'll always return to Newburgh's Home Depot #1250!

They are getting better

Farrah in the Flooring Dept went out of her way to help me choose a carpet and schedule for a measure. When the quote came through, sooner than expected, she called and was able to walk me through the next steps of the ordering process. Can't wait for my carpet to come in and to be installed. Great Local Hardware supply store with ample parking and plenty of staff

I was confused about purchasing a replacement washing machine, and after doing research chose an LG. There was a 4th of July sale which made the washer more affordable. My salesman Bill went beyond to reduce the price a little more, explained how to use the new washers, and explained the benefits of adding an extended warranty. I am very pleased with his service. Now just have to wait for my delivery.

Not a great experience. Understaffed and accusatory employees make shopping unpleasant.

Found long lines at both the self check out and the only one open register on my afternoon visit at 2:45. Asking for assistance to alert management i was told directly by one associate that it was not his job, above his pay level and to be patient (it's a virtue). There were at least six other associates walking past and standing near the long lines, but no one was taking initiative to open another register for 12 minutes it took for me to pay and leave. Two stars ONLY for the register associate who was sympathetic and friendly. Zero stars for management.

The sales people were awesome. Morgan in flooring was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful.

As always it's a pleasure shopping at The Home Depot store. I've been shopping at this location close to 25 yrs. Always courteous sales people willing to go out of their way to give advice or a helping hand!!

Getting there- in and out sometimes is difficult due to traffic volume, once inside its a breeze, good friendly associates inside who always go and extra step to help.

The Newburgh Home Depot store is the best!

Generally well stocked. Check out folks are very helpful and pleasant. As with all Home Depots, the lighting could be better. As we get older it helps.

The staff are very rude. Most of them do not have much knowledge about the products in the store. And the appliances that me and my wife bought from you we needed it to be serviced right away because it came not working. The service that you use to fix it took over two months to fix. We are not happy with this store and Home Depot at all.

They seem to have what ever you are looking for in stock.

No matter which door we enter we are always greeted with a smile and while walking around we are always ask if we need help. The store is always clean and uncluttered.

The main reason I go to the Newburgh Store #1250 is that about 3 years ago I purchased a new refrigerator (GE about $2700. After 13 months I ran into a problem and called GE the sent a repair service out to check the unit and ordered some replacement parts the service man returned in a day or so and installed them, it didn't help the unit would not get below 50 degrees, and then the freezer started to thaw. I went to Mike and think the MOD was a man by the name of Britt not sure. any way Mike saw do it the "A LOANER" fridge. was sent to my home. With out going into another Song & Dance the refrigerator war finally replaced after 6 weeks. Michale was my savor and I still bring the guys at the desk a dozen donuts every so often,

Has great products.

the store is very organized and clean, which is a BIG PLUS, the shelves are always stocked and if you can't find what your looking for the staff is very helpful, and friendly. Im new to the area, and this Home Depot is much easier to shop in compared to the others I have been in. The location is also good, near the main road and has great parking.

Store layout is very good and most items are easy to find. There is a nice variety of products and pricing.

Worst Home Depot ever,employees need to be trained in customer satisfaction,& not have lousy attitudes.
