Very helpful employees

This store has a very good, helpful, informed staff and the supplies are continuously kept filled. The lighting in the store is much better than in Lowe's and the employees seem much happier. It is my first go to store when needing supplies for the home and their return policy is good.

What a horrible shopping experience. When my online order wasn’t picked up in a timely manner they returned the items to stock. Not a problem, my fault. The issue is when they failed to refund my money. It took a trip to the store and phone calls from the customer service desk assistant to the manager to resolve the situation. The manager wouldn’t even come out to help or talk to me. While the customer service rep, Myrna, was very helpful, the manager, Patricio, was not. This is the third time that something similar has happened. Another time the item wasn’t in stock. They canceled the order and did not refund the money. With these repeated offenses, I will not stop here again. I certainly hope this is not reflective on the Home Depot culture as a whole.

Super Friendly Employees, great stock in items and when a competitor has a lower price Home Depot beats the competitor! I also purchased items that needed a contractor and the contractors employed by Home Depot are wonderful.

Great.

At times, this store might lack on inventory quantities, but it makes up for it with great customer service. It is rare that I've walked in and walked out of this store empty handed. If they don't have exactly what you're looking for, they will at least take the time to show you other options. That's not always the case at other stores.

The store can use better lighting in some isles like the tool and nails isle. But overall its a pleasure to shop in a store that is has employees willing to help you in every department. Unlike its competitors who leave you waiting for hours and seem to not want to work there.

Thank you Morgan from the Carpet department. After many try's Morgan took control of my request and handled our order. Morgan also had everything in a shopping cart for me when I arrived. She was in a different department but helped out, total professionalism. Great customer service
