I am NOT a handyman, so minor repairs can be overwhelming. But your HD associate came to my rescue by suggesting using a driller toggle to install a towel rack into sheet rock which hole kept getting bigger. The finished repair is beautiful. If I could upload before and after photos I would. Thx HD

Gabby in the kitchen design made everything easy.

Recently there has not been enough employees available to assist customers. The last 2 times we have been to this store, I can't find anyone to help me in the garden area nor cleaning supplies. We wanted to get a couple citrus trees and a couple bushes to plant in our backyard. I wanted to talk to someone about planting the trees and the bushes but no one was around to ask so walked out with NO purchase! Plus, the herbs in the garden center look terrible. They should throw them out and get new ones. Waste of money!

Always a hassle. Poor customer service

This store is super organized with friendly associates. I just tell my helper what aisle and what bay and we can get quickly back to work.

The employees are very knowledgeable and courteous. The store is always clean. We have ordered products that required installation and both the salespersons and installers were excellent.

Mrs Leah, one of the cashier made me very conformable shopping regardless some fears of virus issues. I was very happy to shop at Homed Depots today. I would like to thank her through this website.

Whoever runs this store has not thought thru the fact that by blocking off the registers in such a way as to limit access from a majority of aisles they are basically making people walk thru the store more than is needed. It is not safe and is irresponsible. They should rethink this poor decision. If they want to protect their employees,give them masks and allow people to directly access the self and other checkouts thereby decreasing the amount of time customers have to be in the store and exposed to the staff.

Doing a great job of keeping us safe during this virus. It is obvious that all are taking this in a serious way, and because of that, I will shop there more soon as I feel as safe as can be expected. Nice to see the whole effort in a big supportive way. Thank you.

I found store manager Hunter charmingly helpful and efficient after a mishap I experienced with damaged merchandise.

Store was clean but, finding help at times has been difficult. One time I had a cashier walk off during the checkout process.

Carl in the door department always goes above and beyond when helping me. He even assisted me with my broken screen repair. Additionally, Vickie in lighting patiently assisted me with finding the exact light bulb for which I had been looking.

Store on 44 New Smyrna Beach, we found it to be very clean, all merchandise is easy to locate, if you have questions there is always an employee to help you. A friendly Hi , good morning or good afternoon from the employees makes shopping so much more enjoyable. We have been shopping here for the past 5 years, love this store.

Horrible experience from workers, ordered sliding door then only got a frame, they are not willing to fix the issue.

Employees didn't even acknowledge my presence in the store.. Cashier in the self checkout just stands around talking with one another instead of assisting customers, not acceptable.

I have been shopping in many locations of Home Depot stores this one supersedes all of them, Customer service is number one at this location, There is always someone there to help out with any request all employees are nice friendly and very helpful
