COVID protocols are not observed by customers in this store and Home Depot does not act.

The employees are knowledgeable and happy to be helpful. Made me feel like they were glad I came into their store. Only bought 1 item today, but I have some good feedback for my next project coming up in February.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES ARE EXTREMELY COURTEOUS, HELPFUL, POLITE, AND ACCOMMODATING ESPECIALLY TO SENIOR CITIZENS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO VISIT THE STORE FOR YOUR ANY HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS.

If I need help employees are always ready & courteous. Found what I needed , store was very clean. Did self check out which I hate.

We were shopping at Home Depot, for flooring. The service representatives were most helpful to us, regardless of whether they worked in the flooring department or not. Their teamwork was what we expected. Great job to Amy for the outstanding performance she gave us!

Employees were not helpful at all. No carts were available because they were all sitting in the aisles with stuff on them.

The isles were way to cluttered, I know it’s the holiday season but good lord it was cluttered

I would recommend the store HOWEVER, if your gonna have a store full of employees make sure they know how to ask customers if they need help because your store doesn’t!! I’ve worked retail my entire life an you should confront EVERY customer especially if your not busy!!!

My impression of any store is about the people who work there. At this location, the staff always come through.

Go to the New Smyrna Beach store quite often and I believe in the survey I filled out....It shows how pleased I am with the sales people and the products.

MOST WOMAN LOVE SHOPING FOR SHOES & CLOTHES AND YES I DO ALSO BUT MY TO GO STORE IS HERE! I LOVE THIS STORE BECAUSE MYSELF I AM MORE INTO THE TOOLS AND PLANTS.THEY ALWAYS HAVE WHAT I NEED.I NEEDED ASSISTANCE ABOUT A CARD I THOUGHT I HAD BUT THE LADY WAS NICE ENOUGH TO LOOK AND I FOUND OUT I DID NOT HAVE A HOME DEPOT CARD. THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN, I DO LIKE THAT IN A STORE. THE ASSOCIATES ARE ARE VERY FRIENDLEY. YOU NAIL IT!!!!!!

I check on line to see if the product is in the store or on line before going, sometimes if there is no rush I order it on line for delivery or pick up at the store. Once in a while I find items that are in a different store can not be shipped to "my" store????? which makes no sense to me or free to my home such as a Roybi 40 Volt leaf blower I looked for today that has't been in stock at NSB for several weeks??????
