The manager of the Rental department, Nick solved my moving problem with a very creative and helpful solution. This, in addition to many good experiences with Home Depot employees in the past make this store my "go to" shopping location for all my home and garden needs.

I usually don't know exactly what i need for different projects, but i can always count on Home Depot customer reps to answer questions and point me in the right direction.

The issue is the self scanning. They need to get rid of some of these and get people at cash registers. Some products do not have UPC code and it takes to long to get someone to help.

The nice thing about the Neptune Home Depot is their employee's. This store has "at least" 5 key employee's that have been employed their for over 10 years, 2 or three have been their at least 15 years. Very rare in retail.

Easy parking fast check out

Always find what I need. Have purchased a great deal of paint from this store and always feel confident with all the help I get in receiving the correct paint for my project. Employees are extremely friendly and quick checkout. Also love their garden center.

5 Star rating due to the exceptional customer service provided by Denis in Electriical today. Otherwise 3 Star. This is my local Home Depot and we’ve never had a customer experience worthy of a review. I comment normally in extremely negative or extremely positive experiences. You should have a “Denis” in every department!

Store is neat and well stocked. Always customer service reps available for assistance, especially Bob McEwan in the the plumbing dept. Very helpful and resourceful. Customer service was attentive and kept the line moving so there was very little waiting.

Apparently they want all their customers to be non-paid employees and do their own check-outs. Self-check outs are not a convenience. While their staff is very friendly and helpful, and found the items we needed. It's a shame they replaced the cashiers with their customers.

This home depot is located very easily and has all the materials for a handyman!

Although this store in Neptune is always busy, when you need help and ask politely, the employees will go out of their way to help you with your needs

Up until last week I have had great experiences at this store. Shortly after pulling out of my space two Home Depot employees rammed the side of my car with what looked to be about fifty shopping cars lined up that they were pushing through the lot. THey made no attempt to stop and laughed at me after I stopped and got out of the car. Home Depot is now refusing to cover any of the damage claiming this was completely my fault because I did not yield to pedestrians. How are a line of 50 shopping carts considered pedestrians? What if they had run into another pedestrian? Would it have been considered two pedestrians running into each other? THey ran the carts right through the stop sign, crossing the road on an angle into the rear driver side of my door. Way to look after the customer! Thanks Home Depot!

This store provides outstanding customer service with service representatives always willing to assist with any project. From finding the right products to walking you through the steps, someone is always available to help. The employees are extremely friendly and courteous. It is the best home improvement store in Monmouth county!

The people I ran into was talking in a huddle and they wouldn't help me to where the product was at and the the guy gave me the wrong piece thank God I asked another person

The Home Depot store in Neptune provides a great shopping experience. The employees are very friendly and helpful and many times go out of their way to assist you. I have been shopping here for 17 years and continue to find items that I need throughout the seasons.

The product was easy to locate. They were associates that were attentive to questions. The associates were very helpful and humble. The store was very clean.

The employees here are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They are willing to take the time to help you find what you need. If the store does not have it, they try to find it online. I have even seen them recommend another nearby store if they cannot supply what I need.
