Not enough employees on the floor. Could not find help and other times when I found help, they were not knowledgeable of what I needed.

This Home Depot location is the bomb. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.

Love this store. I always shop here whenever I need things for my home or when I am doing repair jobs for my home. I must say that it has been rare when I did not get the help I needed. I must add that today I returned a huge amount of material which my contractor did not use. Angry that he had ordered so much, I was very uncomfortable in doing so, but two employees, Brian and Thomas were extremely helpful, kind and polite. They made me feel comfortable and told me not to worry about anything, it was their job to make me feel comfortable. They did not complain when having to unload so much. They were polite young men that did not mind being helpful. They unloaded the material, took a count of all that was there and credited it back to my account. Not to mention they also helped to load appliances which I had ordered and come to pick up. Because of them, this will be may store forever!!

All the employees at this store are just fantastic!

The Home Depot #2902 is by far the best home Improvement store in the area. I’m so lucky to live in close proximity of the store.

My most recent visit was my best. I really enjoyed the staff. I’ve visited the store so much we are on a first name basis.

No check out lines except for self-checkout and "Pro-Services" desk. No service desk except for returns. Products said they were in stock on-line but didn't match what was available in the store.

Home Depot is a great place to shop. The people are always friendly and willing to help. The bathroom are always clean. Most of the things we need we can find.

I love this store and I love Kenny he has the best customer service, he is soo funny and he has a great out-going spirit.. I recommend everyone to shop at this Home Depot because i really enjoyed being there and their where you will see my favorite Associate Kenny he works in lumber!!

This store always has what I am looking for and at good prices. I actually always get very good customer service when I need to speak to an associate!

A few employees spoil the whole bunch. I actually hate to have to do this because of one employee. However I would focus on more customer service training. Attitudes don’t work in Sales

Other than my wife spending alot of money at this location, she always has a pleasant experience and never has any negative feedback. Her mother has loved Home Depot especially Bob from tool rental, who always gets her lawn equipment fixed. For as old as this store is she always comments on the cleanliness and customer service. Believe me, I know my wife and If she didn't like something she would let it known. Mr. Donnell, Ms. Charity and Ms. Rose are always friendly and very customer service focused during my visits. This store has the friendliest staff in town. Another thing I like about this store is that you see the same employees so you know there must not be a lot of turnover. This affords the opportunity for the staff and customers to get to know each other.

The North Jackson store is one of the best! We love having Home Depot in our community. The stock in the store is great and the employees are customer-friendly and professional.

Everyone is very nice but need to find a better deliver company

I needed a replacement ceiling fan. There were many choices, but very few without "light kits". The 52" Farmington Natural Iron fan was just what I needed, and under $50. Installation was easy, though the instructions had a couple of steps out of order! Be sure to read installation instructions start-to-finish before following them. For instance, you would NOT want to connect the wires, before making sure that you had all the parts though which they must run, were perfectly aligned, and the excess wire was wrapped around the mounting bracket! The fan is very quiet!

I had left my credit card in the machine when processing a return. The cashier looked all over store for me and found me to return my card.

We are very happy to have this store in NE Jackson. The associates are very friendly and they really take their time to help. The products are easy to locate, especially when checked online for the exact isle and bin.

The store was clean and organized I was able to locate what I was looking for. Employees attitudes were much better this time.

I received assistance from an associate in the carriage bolt bins and stainless metric bolt and nut drawers -- good assistance. Saturday evening there was a shortage of specialists in tools and plumbing. There were associates on the floor, but they could not direct me to items I was looking for. I did not take advantage of the store app. I have no complaints with the associates I encountered. I understand staffing is not always at full-strength. I was surprised there were no portable drill brush heads

The associate who helped me was very easy to work with and I completed my transaction in a timely manner. My order was to be delivered to my home in a week. It was not. When I called to find out where my cooktop was, another associate told me that, due to a computer problem, the order was not sent and the store had no way of knowing that the order had not been received. .I must now wait another week to have my cooktop delivered.

The people in the yard area were very helpful. They actually assisted in other areas also. I was impressed after getting over heated in the outer yard and gardening section whereby employees went out of there way to find me a seat and water to drink. Grateful. Happy to see people work as a team and go beyond the regular call to assist.
