The employee radio across the store to find me more water that was out in the front that was amazing

I bought the Ridgid 18V Lithium-Ion Cordless Tools 10 years ago. Since then I have had batteries, tools repaired or replace without costs. I love that guarantee for life, repair or replace. What's great is that there is no quibble or argument unless your tools are not registered, which is a simple process. Bob, friendly and knowledgeable, at the I-55 HD does an awesome job.

The service is exceptional. I needed concrete stepping stones 18" square. Frank in outside garden (17 years service) help me find the stepping stones and loaded them on my truck. Frank is an outstanding associate of Home Depot and he is a true gentleman.

I have never been so rudely treated in my life, as by employee named LC and his associate. They deliberately dismissed me and engaged in a personal conversation, viewing emails and discussing them while leaving me standing there waiting for them. Very sad, indeed, as most of the employees have always been very professional.
