Friendly staff and well stocked store!

Ensure that the tools you are renting work properly. I rented an electric chain saw and the chain was dull. I returned it to the store and Charlisa D admitted that only one those saws had the blade changed and it should have been changed after every rental.

Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Customer service: Shanell. Was very helpful

Employees were not helpful waited over an hour for some assistance and never got any at all.

Very satisfied customer with the assistance that my wife and I received. Were looking to purchase a new lawn mower and the staff members took the time to help answer the questions we had with our purchases. Looking forward to our next trip at this store to continue getting items for our next home project.

I would definitely recommend this location due to the superb customer service Chay provided. I asked 5 different associates for assistance with no assistance!!! Chay came along and made our day!!!! She was extremely nice and patient! Thanks Chay!!! #You rock

I am a widow now and I depend on the folks at my store to help me to not make mistakes when I am buying something. So far, I have been so pleased with everything they have helped me with since moving to the area. I am very happy with my store and the folks going out of their way to help me.

The store associates are very helpful and easy to deal with. They are knowledge for in their respective locations and are not afraid to find someone else that is more knowledgeable and themselves if they don’t know the answer. The store is neat and orderly and I shop there because of this!

I use this store because it is convenient. If you know what you want and you know where it is located in the store then your shopping experience is great. It is a bit difficult to find an employee to help. The cashiers are friendly, cheerful and helpful.

The store was neat and clean. The aisles were labeled which made it easier to find the item I was looking for.

It is always a nice and presentable whenever I visit the store.

Customer service starts in the parking lot and doesn’t end until you, the customer (often referred to as GUEST) have received exceptional care and assistance! It feels great to -be greeted with warm hospitality upon arrival -receive professional assistance with selecting merchandise -feel acknowledged as a valued customer or guest -be treated with respect while shopping and checking out. HOME DEPOT sends you out with “THANK YOU, PLEASE COME AGAIN” feeling. You leave HOME DEPOT #2902 feeling APPRECIATED.

Well, the sale went well, but nobody called to tell me that the washer was not going to be delivered when promised. I had to call the number on the delivery due date because nobody had called me the day prior or the morning of. When the tracking number kept coming up lacking a delivery date or time, I was told that the washer I purchased was delayed and to call the store I purchased it from. I called the store at 6:30 PM and nobody answered the phone in Appliances, although the Customer Service operator transferred the call to that department 3 different times and let it ring until it rang back to her. I talked to Mr. D.... and he told me to call on Monday. I informed them that I was cancelling this order.

Passed by 3-4 associates. No smiles, No Hellos, No Can I help You. Apparently HD has a policy of no talking to the customer. Not sure why the Manager of the store does not take care of this.

Our local Home Depot is one of America’s best! It’s well stocked, employees are well trained and knows how to meet, greet, and treat their customers with timely courteous service, respect, and professionalism. I always find what I’m looking for. Prices are on the items or on the shelf/container and the orange aprons with names in view help identify store associates on the spot. Our Home Depot is organized with large overhead signs to identify the departments, isles are numbered, and the store is clean! Most of all, store associates/employees were available and offered their assistance as they greeted me coming through the door. Home Depot is the place to shop!

I had not shopped at Home Depot for years. I only came in to buy a battery that no one else had. Once I came inside, I was greeted with suggestions for Christmas decorations and pancakes. I took them up on the pancakes. The employees were extra nice and helpful with advice and locating what I needed. I bought more than I ever planned (no surprise). I even got a credit card. I was even allowed to allowed to be in a picture with the employees. I really enjoyed this shopping experience.

Kenny in lumber was very helpful I love his spirit and attitude, I love him lol thank you helping & giving great customer service, I’m a 55 year old woman and you made me feel like I was 30, thank you for the beautiful remarks Im glad I meant you !!

Home depot is a store that has something for every room and your home and outside just not enough associate to care for the needs of the customers. Not only the #2902 Jackson store but everyone that i have shopped in Jackson or out of town.

We need more live cashiers!! Will stay a 3 until people replace machines as check out choice.

I went into this store Home Depot looking for a Mr. Heater. The sales associates were very nice and pointed me in the right direction to find the item I was seeking. The cashier, Jakeia, made my shopping at this store awesome! The sales associates & cashiers are very friendly, and willing to always assist the customers. This store is highly recommend for your home improvement needs.

I called this location on 11/7 looking for a particular vinyl flooring and spoke with Mr. Quick at the pro desk and he insured me that if I came he would make sure I left Jackson with all the materials. So I traveled from Hattiesburg to Jackson on 11/8 and arrived at the store around 6:30 am everybody greeted me throughout the store. Tylan at the paint desk got all my paint ready so fast and brought up to the pro desk. Meanwhile Mr. Quick located the other 150 cases of flooring I needed from like 2 more different location. Mr. Quick also loaded my flooring and paint in the truck. Overall this was the best experience I have had in Home Depot in a long time. Great job guys

I am writing this review today due to the lack of management at this Home Depot. My cashier Ester in the returns department at the Northeast Jackson, MS store was very pleasant. I had a $5.00 coupon and I am guessing she was new because she didn't know how to put the coupon in the system to take $5.00 dollars off. When clearly it stated to put the 16 digits in at the register. The $5.00 isn't the issue, the reason I am writing today is that she asked the manager if she could show her how to do this two times, and she just walked away. The end result was I have to pay the full price because I had to leave due to I was on my lunch break and the coupon was the only reason why I visited the store. If you have managers that are too busy to help their cashiers, then you need to hire more management and get rid of managers who don't put your customers first. The whole reason I went there was to receive this extra discount. If I was at the Brandon, MS location this would have never happened.

I needed a double-cylinder deadbolt keyed, and the associate cheerfully did this difficult task without making me wait, at all!

Floor associates SUCKS, NO ONE TOOK THE TIME TO ASSIST US!!! PRESTON was the only person that took the time, HIRE MORE ASSOCIATES LIKE PRESTON!!!

This store is always full of smiling faces and has employees everywhere ready to make your shopping experience great . Each one is knowledgeable about the product and it’s location.

I have not surfaced a hardwood floor in more than 20 years. Store associate, Noriko, assisted me with choosing the sander to meet my skill level and recommended all of the supplies needed to complete the job properly. He then assisted me in loading my truck during a light rain. That is good customer service!
