WE RECENTLY PURCHASED A HOT WATER HEATER FROM THIS LOCATION AND HAD IT INSTALLED BY YOUR CONTRACTOR. THE JOB WAS SCHEDULED THE NEXT DAY AND THE TECHNICIANS WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL AND QUICK. THE FINISHED PRODUCT LOOKED AND OPERATED GREAT.

I would rate this store as a 'go to' place for assistance on any home improvements in have in mind.

This is about a guy, I don't know his name. But, he was extremely helpful in the tool section. He told me what seeds work best for my yard. Going out his way to show and tell me ideas of how to use it.

As always when I leave this store I am happy with any of my purchases as well as my time spent in the store, whether it be purchasing a specific item or just checking out the latest in tools and project ideas. The personnel is absolutely wonderful every time I visit.

Everyone there were great I recommend anybody to go there.

The cashier asked if we found everything we were looking for. I described the item I had not found, and he knew exactly where the item was, sent me down the correct aisle, and described the set up of the product for easy finding. Then, when I checked out with the item, he was talkative and nice.

The store was clean and the associates are always helpful. Most of the time, I can locate items easily. When I can't find an item, store associates always assist in finding the items I need.

I think that self checkout is the most time saving feature of your stores. It saves me time , time after time on my many visits to your stores . The personnel at the store I use are basically friendly and seem to know the department they work in. Iam a retired Supervising Building Inspector and believe that your employees should avoid answering Code questions if they are not trained in the current requirements of the Code.

I was looking for a string-trimmer mower. No one was available in the garden department but one of the store associates took the time to review manuals and go on-line to answer all of my questions. The in-store selection for all of the hardware stores is minimal at best but I found the exact type I was looking for.

Cahier at return desk was delightful - made for a great way to start shopping. The guy at paint desk had experience that was most helpful - especially since I needed advice. Needed to ask lots of questions, and always received necessary help, and understood all.

I was looking for a particular snail removal for my plants and I asked a gentlemen who was working stocking the garden department and he actually took me to the inside where the particular items were kept. That was very kind and useful for me instead of just staying they are inside the door and then turn left. I was impressed.
