Combination of shopping today. Picked up an item I ordered online yesterday as well shopping in store for other items. I used to shop primarily at a competing brand store but the superior service and knowledge of the staff has swayed me otherwise. They also seem to be around when I needed them for assistance without hovering over me. A great trait. Did not experience the out of stock issues that I have had at the other store either. Home Depot has become my primary go to for home improvement.

I went to look for several different things that Lowe’s do not carry but when I came to Home Depot and ran into a cashier named Donnicha she’s so friendly and helpful you can tell she loves her job and job title she helped me find two of the items but the last one she showed me a new way of getting it by ordering it on the website and shipping it to the store she was wonderful great service thank you

Our whole experience with purchasing our new Samsung refrigerator with very pleasant the sales rep was very informative she really knew the appliance business gave us the printout of the appliance ahead of time so we can review it and get to know the appliance before it actually delivered in our home I would highly recommend you going to Home Depot for any Appliance purchase that you may have we will definitely go back

His name was Daniel I believe in the paint dept and he was awesome, quick, friendly, knowledgeable.

The employees there are truly amazing! Shout out to Juan, Alfred, Andy and Shane. I could not be more grateful for them and what they did for me and my family today. They helped me out and made sure I was ok and had what I needed.

Went in to get some plumbing straps was approached by a manager that argued they don't make those. First I've been a plumber for 40+ years yes they do- you carry them online. Then the cashier- was out in the aisle I walked behind her to the counter, she saw someone she knew who she waived over, turned around and saw me with my items already on the counter and insisted she would help the other man first! Both very rude and disagreeable. Customer service here sucks!

I would like to thank Samantha D28 for assistancing us in bring down the generator, and for other stuff as well, truly appreciate it. She was friendly, asked is if we needed anything else, as well as the store being clean ot was nice.

Clean store, products always in the same place, and OUTSTANDING customer service consistently.

It seems every time I visit these store the employees are not interested in helping customers, they get so involved in their projects that they wont even acknowledge you. if you happen to ask a question their favorite response is, its not my dept. come on home depot train your associates before you hand them an apron, or cross train them in their surrounding dept,

The customer service is excellent and they do any attempt to find the items you are needing. The store is clean and stocked. The prices are unbeatable.

I purchased a Christmas tree on 12/2/18 and was assured that it would be held for me so my husband could pick it up. Instead it was given to another customer and the store did not have any more of the noble firs to pick from. I will never purchase from Home Depot again.

I went in shopping for some material I need it as I went in ask an associate for help he was very helpful he pointed me towards the paint were there I got some help form a young lady she was being very helpful and sent me to the building and lumber department as I was walking to the department asked another associate for help he just pointed me to the direction as I got there I saw another associate helping out another customer so I just waited around for help for a while until I saw a customer and asked him for help and he was more helpful than the associate that were walking by and never acknowledge me as I got the material and was walking ready to go pay one of the associate that had walked by that never acknowledge me or ask me if I needed help when I was being helped by a customer he said I heard everything that you said and I ask him what is it that you heard that I said he said I disrespected them that dont help you I told him I never said that and there's were Witnesses and at that continue to say I did so at that point I was upset and mad because what he was saying so I did disrespected him him and then he threatened to call the police and told me to get out of his store I believe that as him being an assistant manager he should have some kind of respect at the way you would acknowledge a customer and if he was walking by and heard that I needed help why didn't he offer to help instead of just walking through talking to another associate and never offer to help and then he continue to threaten to get out of his store and that he was going to call the police
