The store is neatly organized. Employees assist those in need as well as give advice on products they normally would use providing an image of what to look for. Highly recommended to go for any repairs needed at home!

We've been coming to this store for a few years now. My wife and I have noticed a difference in the customer service and how we are treated by employees. We're just average people but staff at this store made us feel valued. This is a pleasant surprise from such a large home improvement store.

Ive been in here so much the guy at the paint counter (Daniel) sees my face and smiles he already knows me I think thats really nice. When I started this project (my room) I had no clue there were so many different types of paint but Daniel and Carissa were very helpful and so knowledgeable about paint.

this store is amazing. I should just move in. I'm here all the time. My house is gonna look fabulous when I'm done because of the all great products and service I receive at this location... 5 stars! They always have everything I need, the staff is so friendly and knowledgable, they match paint exactly, they have all the plants I need, the store is clean wuth lots of parking, good deals, and they have great hours...fabulous!

If you need help the employees were there to help you if it's too heavy the employees will help you If you want help out to the car they're willing to help You don't even need to ask That's how good they are.

They have staff that are ready to help. I needed help and Troy offered to help me to build a sprayer hose wand in PVC parts and to put together what I needed.

I went to buy a refrigerator, I was not expecting to be helped right away but as soon as I got there a sales person came over and when they didn't have the refrigerator brand I was looking for she explained and helped me compare other refrigerators. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She suggested we look online for what I was wanting and I was able to find what I was looking for. The delivery people were polite and professional. It was a smooth experience.

The attitudes of the employees here are something else! I am disabled and I got treated like total garbage!!! No one there was willing to help me with what I was looking for! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS HOME DEPOT!!!!!!

AT CHECK OUT TIME THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND RESPECTFUL TOWARDS OUR SERVICE MEMBERS (VETERANS AND ACTIVE), NO COMPLAINS - CASHIERS ARE DOING A GOOD JOB. THE STORE IS CLEAN IF AN ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK AT THIS LOCATION THEY OFFER TO LOOK IF OTHER LOCATIONS HAVE IT IN STOCK.

Two women in the Paint Department were very rude and disrespectful towards me and when I asked to speak to the store Manager, one of the woman looked at her co-worker and said she was the manager. Jesse, ("the store manager") whom was not the store manager, proceeded to be rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this location in the past two months (To which I have receipts to prove it), and Jesse and her co-worker proceeded to be unhelpful and disrespectful. I went to customer service to ask for the store manager because I knew there was no way The Home Depot's Store Manager could possibly be that disrespectful, and the store manager seemed out of site. James P. In Garden was near by and proceeded to ask if he could help me and did so greatly. While leaving I was disgusted by the actions of the two woman in the paint department, as well as the cash register woman (Roxanne), as they continued to speak badly about James P. It almost seemed as if they were going to gang up on James and get him into trouble because he was not the "manager". Will not return to this location, and I hope James P. Gets recognized for being a great employee with excellent customer service. I cannot say the saw for the other three woman.

One of the associates from doors department helped me find and change out a broken latch on a door knob. I was so excited to get help from such a knowledgeable person. It made my day. Thanks

I had a great experience at home depot. A employee in paint went above and beyond to help me find what i needed for my project. Feels good to know your store has good people working for them. One extra reason to shop at your store.
