this store had everything I needed from super support from customer service to finding exactly what I wanted and the awesome thing to me was the customer service, Stan and Thomas were extremely kind and helpful in getting me loaded without hesitation or complaint ( I had a pretty heavy load) thanks again guys!!

My family had a lawnmower that we I thought was no longer good, but I went ahead and had Home Depot fix it. The staff at the rental and service department were pleasant and patient with my questions. When I walked into the service department a day later, I didn't even recognized my lawnmower. It looked almost new and most of all it worked. The gentleman that fixed it said he cleaned it and then he explained to me what was wrong with my lawnmower and how to care for it. It was a big deal for my family to get it fix, plus the service was superb. Thank you Home Depot.

I hope the store associate and cashier would be less heartless in helping people when shopping there. Don’t make people wait in line so much. Have a good attitude to be willing to help others. Treat everyone equally as if cashier makes mistake then apologize to customers, don’t act like don’t care

Cashier Lea was fantastic!! She speaks both English and Spanish perfectl . She also was very friendly and polite while reminding customers to social distance. During this hard time she made my day.

I wish they had a zero star rating because 1 star is way to generous of a rating for this store. I will never shop here again and take the thousands of dollars I spend a year at hardware stores to any where else other than this Home Depot.

My overall experience was excellent. I found everything I needed -a beautiful stainless steel side by side refrigerator, a large geranium for my garden and several items I was looking for with the help of your staff. I will surely shop there again soon!!

With COVID-19, the best time to shop is in the evening.

Don't ask employees in tool rental if something is available because you might get cussed out and told to stay your non essential as at home. Unforgettable experience by Jacob and Joe doesn't care about anything. Tool rental needs a staff refresh

People are still showing up for non essential items. And people with their dogs. Can we make this a No Pets Allowed unless "service animals". And If you need a service animal You probably should NOT be out in public at this time. As a Maintenance Supervisor that works on Apartment buildings I am doing what I can to keep my building running and keeping my residents at home. Spending 30 mins in line waiting to get in cause the bored people want to paint a wall in there house or plant a flower is not helping. Also... Please make the Garden Center a separate for the people that want flowers and seeds. This is taking tome away from workers that need to get in and out to pick up items essential to finish jobs.

Employees are knowledgeable and friendly. The cashier was very helpful and nice.

Walked in around 11:50. The store was very busy with everyone being helped I didn’t expect to get the service I did. 2 employees helped me roll out my new tool box cashed me out and then proceeded to clear the loading dock and loaded it into the back of my truck ensuring the experience was fast and safe. I left @ 12:06 I will be back to this store for this reason alone.

Customer Service matters and this store has some of the best customer service my family and I have ever experienced. Thank You!

Staff is very attentive and willing to assist in locating needed items

After having been to the other Home Depots in Puget Sound and after having been in other home improvement stores, this Home Depot on Center St is by far the best as far as overall experience. Granted, I live in the area and shop there several times a week for personal and business needs, but the staff seems to be several steps beyond the norm at this store. Not perfect by any means, but after shopping for several years at many of the stores, this one ranks the best!

Mary at your Customer Service Desk went above & beyond the call of Duty to help me with my problem. She deserves a raise.

Purchased lawnmower on Sunday March 8 and was helped by a very kind, friendly and knowledgeable and hard working gentleman. Small town friendly and thorough service in a big city store! He not only put the lawnmower together for me, but gave me details on how to use and maintain it, and helped me load it in my pickup. He also helped me plan some other near future purchases such as a edge trimmer and garden shed. You have a very valuable employee there!

I shop here almost daily and also visit Home Depot stores in South Tacoma, Gig Harbor and Olympia. This one is my favorite.

9/10 TIMES THEY HAVE WHAT I NEED IN STOCK. THE OTHER TIMES I GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE AND THEY MAY HAVE IT. IF NOT I CAN ORDER IT.

Most retailers have products, this store has great people (Bijon and Olga specifically today) and thats what makes this store heads and shoulders above the average retailer.

Any tradesman do not park in the regular parking lot, only parking at the pro parking area. My van was broken into, they stole $2,500-$3,000 worth of tools. My doors were locked, I double check before going in and they jimmied the locked door opened.
