Always have what I come for and are helpful if I can’t find what I am looking for.

I have never had a bad experience here. I come and get what I need and leave. Many occasions I've asked for a product and the employee would inquire what project I was working on. Then suggest a better alternative. I've been blessed many times with their knowledge and aid. Thank for being a true friend to our neighborhood.

I was in today because I kept losing the online spot I was in - my fault - but I was still frustrated. THEN, this Home Depot was helpful and kind and professional. I'm going back and this I want to do!!! I got my outdoor shade without any trouble!!!

Even if they had ran out of the material I was looking for, the staff was very helpful giving me his best estimate of when they were going to be getting a new shipment.

I got a shelving unit and Angela assisted me through the self checkout.

We are impressed by a staff who could tell us where the car wash soup was immediately when we asked her.

Came here on a busy Saturday afternoon and there were a ton of employees to help! They made me feel at ease and answered all my questions without making this hobbiest feel stupid! I will travel the 10 miles to shop here at the Center Street Tacoma store.

I bout some Item a few months ago i was happy.

Did not inform me of out of stock item. Store Canceled order without notifying customer. Now cause me an inconvenience.

All the employees were friendly and helpful. No one seemed put off by my lack of hardware knowledge. I will mow look forward to coming back.

The composting bins I bought at the service desk today for instore pick up is a no fuss way to select and procure items. I appreciate the stores location for easy access and opportunity to take recycling to the center located nearby.

I have a battery powered drill that is well over 15 years old if not older. I was trying to figure out if I could find a battery to fit it and an employee in the tool section spotted me and came over and helped my find an up to date Lithium battery that works with my old drill and charger

Doing a huge renovation project and needed a wide variety of items. Between the friendly and helpful employees I encountered, and the app, with store specific information, my trip was fast and easy and I was in and out in record time,all things considered. From doing return, to getting a lock re-keyed and needing things from virtually every department, it was hands down, one of the best HD trips ever. I visit Home Depots in many different cities and states and this one may be my favorite one of all time!

I bought some waterproofing and paint rollers. The paint rollers were $5/6 less then what came up and she made me go back and take a picture of it. Then she walked with me to the place and started to argue about all these items were stocked wrong. How is that my fault?! Just honor the price instead of trying to argue about the price. Hire people to stock it right or tell your cashier Angela to back off. I don't like walking back and forth like I don't know what I saw. Not cool. Even after I took the picture like she told me to do, she acted like I should just be okay with picking something up at one price and getting to the register and it be a higher price.

In these times of shortages, it was gratifying to find what we needed!

Needed 3 exterior locksets for my daughters first home. Most important was having them keyed alike. Had questions about the process and Sale Associate Trevor was an EXPERT in finding the right products and keyed them alike for me! He provided excellent personalized attention and customer service that is so rare these days!!!

I went in to exchange a Husky Workbench, Scott, the man running the return counter, made the experience so quick and simple. I was able to be in and out of the store in 15 minutes and the other staff members helped load the item in my vehicle without me having to ask. I appreciated the service and look forward to shopping there again!

I bought the pellets but the experience was challenging to say the least. Used these pellets last year and they seem to be efficient.

The customer service there was great. But I have to say the security there has something to be desired. While I was in the store there were at least three thefts and no did anything about it. If you continue to have high theft rate your overall profit will be low. I could see that the cashiers really wanted to do something but was told they cant

employees are dismissive and have no motivation or interest in your project or questions. They are often unavailable and behave like it is an inconvenience to answer your questions.

Sometimes its hard to find what youre looking for and also finding a team member to help. I have noticed and taken videotography of the employees at the self check out line outright stare at minority patrons rather than white patrons. I have witnessed a white male walk out with a basket full of items and no one said anything to him.

Scott in customer service was very helpful. Also, Painting is great too!!

I shop at the Center Street Home Depot almost exclusively, because of the personal at the pro desk, and the primary people at the two check out stands nearest to the pro desk. The know me, they are professional, helpful, and always go above and beyond in everything I ask of them.

Great customer service. People are very helpful and friendly.
