I have found the employees in this store make the difference! Cheryl, Jennifer, Ursula, at the Customer Service Desk are exceptionally helpful, and make me feel that I am valued as an important customer! Elizabeth and Melissa in the Paint Department always take time to help in any way they can with great customer service! Of all the "Home Improvement" stores I visit frequently, this particular store is the most helpful and efficient! At the Pro Desk, Rick and Stephanie are the most capable, and pleasant "Pro Desk" employees I have met at any Home Depot I have visited in my 20 year career in the entire Greater Las Vegas Area! This Home Depot is successful, in my eyes, because of it's employees, and especially the employees I have mentioned.

This is my favorite location which is closest to me. The staff has always been helpful and I can usually call and get staff to bring the items needed to the loading area and cashier. It's very difficult now with a Walker to walk the store or get a motorized cart in the loading area.

I had an awesome experience everyone was so helpful & friendly I would definitely recommend this store to anyone that wants to shop at a home improvement store

the persons in the carpet area were very helpful and saved me some money as well greatly appreciated thumbs up to the team.

The cashier Mannuel is the best! He goes above and beyond. He is amazing!

Amazing. The associates/specialists here know their stuff and I didn't expect to get much help on my project. I was always pointed in the right direction for my parts, helped immediately, and given suggestions and proper instructions on how to go about my project. Store was clean, and obviously the associates were very friendly and helpful. They make me want to do more projects like this, because it became a learning experience, concerning the parts locations and just in general how to do this particular project in the future.

Joseline in the self check out isle was as nice as can be. We did not know where the microwaves were. She told us exactly were it was. We went back to pay with her. She has a bubbly personality and really made us feel welcome at this location. She also helped us with the military discount. Thank you for hiring such an exemplary employee as Joseline. She is an asset to your establishment. Can you please share this compliment with her and give her a pat on the back for a job well done?

Bianca in flooring took the time out to explain the process and as I interrupted her with additional questions, she was very patient, friendly, kind, and still willing to assist me regardless of how long I took to understand all that I needed. She is simply amazing.

If you can find the right person to help you as we did, the experience of returning and finding the right cabinet that we needed was wonderful!! She as friendly, patient and informative. Of course, there was the employee, a white male, that told us he had 3 others that needed help. He could have found some else to help us!! That's what I would have done!

The guy that helped me out with my window ac really went out of his way to help me after my bad experience at 2 different stores he took time to listen and went thru about 5 different units to make sure it would fit and even though they didnt have exact unit I bought one just because the service was awesome thank you

This location is great!!...Everyone is so helpful and the location is always clean and safe to walk through all the isles. There are also high quality products and everyone is so knowledgeable. A very "Veteran" friendly community and very convenient location.

I like this store because the employees are always so helpful. Sometimes, they could use more staffing, but - that has been improving during the past year or so, I've noticed.

I like walking around the store and checking out all the different products, tools, equipment and gadgets they have. An employee directed me to the aisle I needed to find an item and I was in no rush so I had a lot of fun just walking around. I ended up buying several things but had forgotten to grab a cart. I ended up forgetting one of the items I wanted because by the time I got a cart and filled it with the items I wanted, I had forgotten another item I had seen but left at its location because I already had too much to carry.. My first visit wasn't anything to write about because I had wasted so much time waiting for a salesperson in the home appliance section and had ended up having to return the item but on my second and third visit when I returned items, I had absolutely no problem. There was no waiting and the employee was extremely nice both times. On my third visit an employee approached me and asked if I was finding everything I needed. He was so nice and helpful that it made up for the first two times when I was given wrong information that caused me to buy items that were not what I needed. I almost bought it back after returning it because the saleswoman convinced me that I had been mistaken but I decided to check for myself before purchasing it again and discovered that it was indeed the wrong item for what I needed. I'm so glad I checked but really it was because I had called home and it was my brother's opinion that I wasn't given accurate (she printed out pages to show me so she had convinced me but the info was wrong) info but the employee at returns who was checking me out was very patient in allowing me to open the box and look for myself if it was compatible with what I needed it to fit. And then she patiently helped me put it back into the box and didn't seem annoyed that I decided not to purchase it. But, I would've been upset if I had purchased that item a second time only to find out that it was wrong again.

Since I practically live at this store, I have never had a negative shopping experience. The employees are always willing to go the extra step when you need assistance or and answer to a question. The cashiers are well trained and knowledgeable about product and waste no time getting you checked out and on your way. The system in place to help with info on a product or location seems to be up to date, and I always get results when I get stuck looking for something.

I attend this particular store often and always have a good experience. I’m usually able to find everything I need on my initial visit. I like having Home Depot nearby in my neighborhood as I’m experimenting with several do it yourself projects. It’s quite convenient.
