STORE CONVIENTLY LOCATED, ALWAYS HAVE KNOWLEDGEABLE & FRIENDLY STAFF, LARGE SELECTION OF PRODUCTS ON SALE EVERY DAY.

bought a garage door opener and when i got home there were no instructions and no clip for the opener. when i returned, the staff member found another box but it only had used instructions - no clip and no opener. he opened another box to give me the clip. none of the employees i interacted with were particularly friendly.

The flooring specialist Kerry is a great asset to this store. I felt very satisfied after my purchase. She was able to show me a floor sample on line that I liked better and was of better quality. The other employees in the store were very friendly and helpful. If you need flooring assistance please go see Kerry she’s amazing.

Love all Home Depot stores. They are always clean with knowledgeable people willing to help advise on any issue. I built my whole house from scratch using Home Depot products: Tile for floors and bathrooms, windows and doors, shutters, garage doors and many more items.

I found this store to be clean and items that I am shopping for are in stock 95 percent of the time When I need assistance the employees are readily available and very helpful.

Worse service....2 hours to get a door and 2 toilets. No help to be found....I am disabled and had to walk from back to front for help 3 times.Then talked to Assistant manager Steve who says "Your just uptight because of the pandemic ". Most ignorant response and ridiculous excuse for poor service and worst experience ever. Myself being in retail for 30 years, know your employees are a reflection of management. So after that response it explained why the employees are rude and ignorant. Then call customer service and told rep I wanted call from manager or district manager before giving my complaint which she replied ok. Then after my thorough description of my experience, she says they are not doing call backs because how busy the stores are and the pandemic. It was 645am and store not busy, also can not contract virus through phone. STOP USING PANDEMIC AS EXCUSE FOR BAD SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDES. Manager can never be contacted or found "MARSHA"

The young man named Dominick P. Is a very wonderful asset to your Home Depot. Need more people like him.

Witnessed an employee not properly washing his hands after using the restroom. He only dipped his hands in water for literally 2 seconds and walked out

Store environment was easy to traverse and locate items quickly and easily. Store was clean and well stocked. Employees made me feel like family, that I was important, like a VIP.

My husband and I, just purchased a home and we have few hardware to complete our kitchen and other furnishing in the house. We visited this Home Depot #3307 today because my husband had to return some hardware were not fit, and I was in for sliders, different sizes so we can slide tables and chairs without tearing the carpet. When we got there my husband went to the courtesy desk and I went to isle 32 where the sliders were. I made my way to the isle were the drawer handle or hinge. My husband came, and we made our way to the plumbing section to look at mini blinds and something else. My husband and I were not agreed with what we saw at the plumbing section. We went back to the drawer handle/hinge area. For whatever reason we couldn't find this area. Funny but not funny, few Home Depot clerks asked us if we need help and we stumbling said no, we don't. Later on after walking up and down few isles, we admitted when the third clerk asked us if we need help. The customer service were awesome. Thank you Home Depot, we are coming back soon. Because very soon we are remodeling our kitchen, a porch to put up, the backyard landscaping, so we need your store here. Thank for your service, appreciate you.

Store was clean, very well stocked. All the people working there were extremely helpful. Bob 'really helped me' figure out what I needed in plumbing. It's a bit of a drive, but so much better than Lowe's in my opinion. Customer service is top notch!

Bad customer service in the flooring and blind department. I would recommend this store only because the paint department and the cashiers especially Erica. She is superior at customer service.

Came into your store on 12/1. Located a sales assistant - Mr. BOB. Mr. Bob is an extremely knowledgeable person who knows his store, where to find everything you need. Mr. Bob also is personable and friendly and went out of his way to assist me with my needs for my project from lumber measurement to cutting to getting all my supplies to do my project with as well as giving insight as to how to complete my project. Too bad not all sales associates don't follow his lead. Thank you Mr. Bob. 2 Ladies from Oahu

Cant say enough about the store it is close to my home and parking is great and store personal is helpful i am a handicap person and they take care of me first i am greatful for their service.we have re ferbish and redid my home and it was affordable. thanks home depot
