Was going to buy 2 major appliances got no help in the department even after requesting it at the front service desk

Ms. Phillis is right there at the front door ready to greet you and say "Hello!" That's my girl. I love Ms. Phillis. The store wouldn't be the same without her. I chat with her when I come in. It's like talking to an old friend.

If you need help and guidance for your trip, do yourself a favor and ask for Daniel. One of the most patient employees I’ve never come across. 10/10 for sure!!

This location does not have enough human cashiers. The one cashier was very friendly. There is nothing special about this location. They need to do something to make it more enjoyable to shop here.

I really enjoyed the garden selection at Home Depot. Janet, my cashier was an absolute delight and helpful. Years back I had a terrible incident at Home Depot, however, it had nothing to do with the store or their staff. The company that authorizes sales declined my personal check. I continue to do most of my shopping at the blue place. Home Depot actually carry the color of ice plant I needed. In addition, their selection of shades is good. I was not so lucky with the flooring department. However, it's always a good idea to come here, never limit your choices.

This store is always clean and very neat. I can always ask an employee for help if that employee is not familiar with what I need they always call for help. I'm very satisfied whit this store. If they don't have an item in I always ask them when will they get that item, then I will come back to pick it up.

Ordered a large shed to be delivered from online.. paid extra for delivery. The store shipped me a damaged product at the delivery I refused the damage product. They returned my money less the delivery charge. I’m now dealing with corporate for that... I even ordered a new security gate install and they messed up the paperwork so the install never happened I canceled it at this Home Depot and did my security gate at another Home Depot on North fifth... it was completed in a few days.

The cashier Jennifer, was very rude. Not a greeting. After stated the reason of the item return she didn't utter a single word for the entire time of our interaction, except when she rudely ordered: "picture id!". I gave her my picture id, she processed the whole transaction, gave me my gift card and she never said thank you or here is your card or have a nice day or do u need anything else or nothing. She just showed complete disrespect for the customer, in this case, me. She should be fired.
