In my opinion, store help needs improvement. The employees are not inspired and quite a few are not knowledgeable. Having said that, I know the economy is booming right now and it's hard to get good help. However, Mac in garden has been there forever and knows a lot about plants and planting. Jeff is a manager and is always helpful - unlike most managers who are never visible. Briana at customer service is always enthusiastic and helpful. And it's just too bad they allowed Jolly to leave. He never shirked work and was always happy. With that in mind, maybe home office might like to think of ways to make employees happy and motivated that don't involve money.

Great customer service

Yes we are able to find assistance and the store is clean and associates helpful. In the past we had some problems finding help in the Appliance Department then when found the help the associate was in a rush and not helpful at all and we went to another store. This particular location on State Bridge Road in Johns Creek has never been as good in the garden departments as your other locations. I am a gardener and disappointed in the plant material but the service has always been friendly and prompt. I like vendors who have the name of the particular Hosta or Hydrangea on their pots and 90 % of the time it just said Hosta or Hydrangea. Your competitor has a vastly better plant selection however the help is nearly nonexistent in the garden department.

All the employees at this store are always very helpful and friendly. We really love the Cashier by the name of MARGARET who is always friendly and so helpful. She is fast to check us out each time and we enjoy visiting with her.

Customer service is friendly. They are willing to make effort to keep customers happy. Jeff and everybody there have been very helpful. As on the floor, I have to mention plumbing sector has a real plumber (name is Mic), he knows where to find the pieces and put the puzzles together to solve your plumbing issue!

This store was clean, well stocked, everything was where it was supposed to be not misplaced or in over stock. The employees here consistently stop and offer there help in locating the items I need and when I need assistance getting something to my car they readily offer there assistance. They never say I will get someone else to help get it to your car. They do it themselves. I have never had a better experience at any store.

What a disaster. We purchased a grill and opted for the assembly and delivery. Not only did we receive the floor model that was all scuffed up and damaged (that we clearly discussed with Vikotriya who helped us that we did not want) but the trash delivery service that was used dropped a gallon of paint all on our driveway and left without cleaning it up with the excuse he'd come back tonight to clean. Absolutely terrible. We declined the grill and are now waiting for delivery later in the week.

Good location, but one of the worst managed and staffed stores in the chain. If you need any assistance with a purchase, this isn't the store to pick. If you ever have anything to load, it's a guarantee that all the employees will disappear.

Worst customer service. Rude employee.

The Best of the Best HD stores we have shopped in. The associates were amazing. The stock is always excellent.

Good store with excellent window employees who helped me order the correct screens (size, type, and color) that I needed to replace.

I as a contractor have shopped this store for years...spent THOUSANDS of dollars there....always treated with warmth and cooperation...Never had any issues!!!

I have been shopping at this location for almost twenty years and I have never had any problems. The location is good and there is always plenty of parking. When I purchased my refrigerator from there the delivery was right on time. The guys who delivered and installed my new wall oven did an excellent job. The employees are always very nice and helpful.

This is an extremely customer service oriented store. Every time we shop there we leave feeling well taken care of. Every Associate is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. This store exemplifies what the corporation should use a model store

The above picture is not of the store I am reviewing, if you saw the front of the store, you would see it jammed with goods, no place to walk other than the street where all the cars are driving, very unsafe, then you walk into the store and the entire walkway thru the lighting department from the front door is jammed with goods in the middle of the isle, almost so packed you can't push a flatbed thru it, then the isles are roped off because the employees are stocking the shelves during business hours, so no help looking for goods down those isles, then, many self check-out lanes, but only 1 cashier working while the other "employees" are standing around behind the counters, but not cashing out customers. I forgot something so I walked back into store with my bag and receipt, grab the additional item and go to self check-out because there is now a long line and still only 1 cashier, so self check-out my goods, BUT, the (cashier) person standing doing nothing decides they need to check my bag, and goes thru my goods, but doesn't look at receipt, and has an attitude; why do you already have a bag when you are checking out now... this is not necessary, but, - okay - you have a theft problem, the person should at least ask to see my receipt. Home Depot used to be a customer friendly facility, now if you are not a contractor and looking for specific goods, you are considered an inconvenience to your employees, go back to the customer comes first mentality, I know there are other big box home improvement stores out there, but home depot used to keep my business by the friendly attitude that used to come along with a visit, now you are just like EVERY other hardware store, just with a larger offering. Oh ya, and try to keep the dead and dying plant offerings out of sight, this is very off putting while looking for healthy plants to purchase, you should be ashamed of this, your suppliers, I'm sure, are not delivering these sorry looking plants to you, why are you offering them to customers..

I think this store is great....They have all items in stock and the customer service is the best.

ALL ASSOCIATES SMILED AND ASKED IF THEY COULD PROVIDE ASSISTANCE. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STORE FELT CLEAN AND STORE HAD EVERYTHING I WAS LOOKING FOR. I WILL RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AS IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.
