Great customer service Great staff Clean organized store

The crew at this Home Depot are STELLAR. From Return Desk Guru, Sandy, to Manager Mark, to Head Cashier David, they make getting to the bottom of a difficult to answer question doable. We had an unusual on-line delivery - when and IF it would be delivered. The online employee suggested we purchase a similar item in person. And so began the search for correcting misinformation. They ALL contributed and got it untangled and to a perfect solution. THEY ROCK !THIS is what Customer Service is all about. Now I feel like Family.

I visited during Black Friday and my request was handled exceptionally by Hilda Asare . She listened all my requirements and made sure everything is taken care of , including best pricing and delivery . This was a big ticket . I purchased 3 washers , 3 dryers and 3 refrigerators . Hilda Asare was amazing .

Shout out to Shak at the customer service desk for going above and beyond to help with online order miscue. I’ve found this location has a lot of helpful and friendly staff unlike most big-box stores.

The manager Shak assisted me at the Customer Service counter with the online order on the first try. I realized I made a mistake with the type and came back the same night. The manager was getting ready to leave for the day but came back as soon as he saw me and told the customer service cashiers that he knew exactly what the order was and was real quick with handling the refund, applying my military discount, choosing the right product and re-ordering. Exceptional service. Homedepot is my choice of home improvement store. It is a dog friendly place and I always feel guilty leaving my boy behind while I go to a store especially one that involves a lot of my time while Im making home improvement material choices etc. Homedepot welcomes pets and it is much appreciated by all dog lovers.

Excellent store with a great supply of everything I need..

They have a very special employee, Shakeel who is incredible when it comes to customer service.

I had a great experience with a manager at this store that went over and above to be of assistance. We were looking for deck heaters that are out of stock everywhere and this location had just a few. Shak held two for me, helped me check out over the phone and brought them to our car with curbside pickup since we aren't going into any stores. He was personable and provided the best customer service experience we've had at any Home Depot to date. This isn't our closest HD, but because of this experience I would go farther to go here in the future.

I am a 5'2" seventy-year old grandmother and didn't get any assistance in loading 39 patio blocks into my car.

Terrible customer service. After I checked out, I left an item at the store in a hurry. I called the store and spoke to an associate, she transferred me to another associate. I explained what happened and she said "Let me check" The next thing I know, I was transferred and the call disconnected. I called back and told the customer associate I was on my way back to the store and was trying to tell her something else. She rudely interrupted me in the middle of me trying to tell her something else and said "Okay, bye." and hung up in my face. She did it on purpose and knew what she was doing. I was hung up on twice.

Cashier Michael is great guy.

Look for Raj when you go to this Home Depot. He will go above and beyond to help you.

As I mentioned the pro desk associate were fantastic specially Jim Bowen The manager should be very proud of them They were very friendly and helpful

The store was well set up, and was taking all the reasonable precautions. I came in about 15/20 minutes before closing. I was looking for a product that they didn’t have very much in stock, and had already been put away for the night. A super nice employee Tenille searched the store and managed to find the very last box of what I was looking for! I was super grateful to her, she saved my night!

Yesterday, I was accosted by the overly aggressive Air Conditioner Sales Person as I'm walking through the store. Not only did he get up in my face and wanted to know about me, my home and my air conditioner, but he did so with an unbecoming attitude. He breached the Social Distancing guidelines and was rude. I told him to get out of my way which was the only means I knew to politely defuse the employee.

Was ignored by employee who did not notice me standing right next to him asking for help. He was wearing headphones and listening to music. Another employee came by. I flagged him down for help in garden department. He said I had to load ten bags of top soil and 15 bags of mulch on a flat bed and wheel it across the store to self check out since department was “closed.” He then walked away and did not assist. I asked another employee to page the store manager because I was so dissatisfied with this treatment. He made me wait 25 minutes at customer service. I even called the store from my phone I could not get through to anyone while I waited. He said he would page someone to help me but it would “unfortunately be the same person that ignored” me. Why is that unfortunate?!? Like I should be the one to be embarrassed to ask for help?!?! I am completely unimpressed with the level of service and the store managers response. I gave two stars instead of one since I eventually got some help. But what a waste of time, nothing but aggravation just to spend my money.

Please exercise caution when shopping at Home Depot.. Many employees do not wear masks and do not practice social distancing.

Associates are unhelpful and rude, completely ignore you, and do nothing but chat amongst themselves while customers struggle.

it would be better if you as a customer to hire a professional then try to get what is needed and any last minute questions addressed then go to this (#0131). I use Home Depot 2-5 times a week but will NEVER use this or even respect anyone who uses this store for anything more then disgust or proof that inaction is more sought by Home Depot to hire people who want to help and make suggestions to provide trust-worthy knowledge imparted by an employee who likes their job and wants customers to know more then when they came in for anything the customer may need. This store got one-star because there was not lower made available to reflect this stores performance.

Joana offers the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time. The cashiers were polite and smiling as I walked in the door. They asked if I needed help as I entered the store and made sure I had everything I needed during my visit. This store offers superb customer service!

Had the luck of running into Jose! He exceeded all my expectations and helped me more than words can describe! Super thankful and delighted with the assistance he provided!

I found the employees to be very helpful. The store is clean and well organized and overall it was a pleasure to shop here.

Please tell me what you would like for me to say in my review , since you don't care for what I have to say . Keep in mind I have no POSITIVE thoughts about the direction in which you are going . I tried to tell you about the negative experience I had in your store , but apparently you don't want to hear it , and furthermore , you don't want anyone else to READ IT. I gave you one star because there was nothing LESS.
