The store was clean and products were easy to find. I found an item in my garage still in the bag that I had forgotten about and purchased years ago - no receipt. They took it back and gave me store credit -yay! Thank you!

Bait and switch! Went to buy a Black Friday wreath (2) and, they had offered another of the same size (advertised) but was smaller and looked like it was left over from last Christmas, that rang up $5.00 more per wreath. Store personnel tried to convince me and my wife that it was the same size - not, and description was the same and no SKU #. I also heard that the same store tried to sell a Christmas tree that was dead and painted green. Take care when to select your item and go to pay.

Generally neat and clean with helpful employees

Everyone is always helpful and friendly. We always get great customer service at this location. Yewkiat, in paint, was especially helpful and went above and beyond to take care of us. We really appreciate her painting tips and her persistence to help us.

This was our first experience with this particular Home Depot and everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful plus they had an adequate inventory of all the roofing materials we needed for our project in Cascade.

This store is understaffed and it shows in their customer service. No one offers to help and when you seek an employee for assistance, advice, or just to point you in the direction of where you might find a product, no one is around. I’ve shopped here for 10 years and this store perpetually seeks lower and lower levels of customer service. I’m driving 10 miles farther to shop at their major competitor from now on. Their people are happy to help, there are always employees around, and they all seem to be happy to be there. At this Depot, the opposite is the norm.

I use this store quite abit and always find it very accomodating. I am alot older now and walking with a cane so can't get around to lifting like I used to. Last night, Daniel helped me. We needed to get a grill for one of our rentals and he helped find the right one, took it to check out, then helped load it into our SUV. This took extra effort because I couldn't help lift and one wing needed to be removed to get it in. Great employee.

It is clear that Home Depot has made great efforts to clean their stores, and hire better help. Specifically the cashier Molly! If you can, go through Molly’s Lane. She is awesome!

Most of the Associates are courteous. Increasing their knowledge of in-store product placement would be appreciated. (Being directed to the wrong location of an item not only wastes the customer's time; but also, lowers overall consumer confidence, and increases any preexisting frustrations.) Next, while looking to replace a sliding door latch, only two individual types were carried in-store; as well as only having two bench grinders to choose from. (Needed more product choices.) Finally, it would be nice if more attention was given to when more registers need to be opened. (Even when self check-out is available.) - Now, something that I would like to express is my tremendous respect for the appreciation and honor that they give to our military veterans. In addition to providing our military veterans with discounted prices, this Home Depot has further provided special reserved parking spaces posted by easy to see signs. My thanks to the Home Depot.

Don't be in a rush when you go here, it will take you awhile. On the other hand, likely you'll get what you need if you don't care it takes you 3 hours.

The Home Depot, in Monument, is clean and well staffed. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. The young man, in the paint department, who assisted me, was very knowledgeable , helpful and friendly.
