I was having a rough day and the charm of cashier Savannah made it much better. She was extremely nice, friendly, and kept customer service at the top of her list. Wish there were more Savannahs in the world!

Kacy in the garden center was great in helping me find the item I needed. She walked me right to it.

I always go to this store for my hardware needs.

The greeter, Reuben, was very friendly and helpful. I was looking for a tool that would cut through a very hard Rawhide doggy chew. Reuben got ahold of another employee, Sarah, who showed me several options in the aisles the possible tools were located in and even let me try them out right there in the store!

While pricing can be roughly the same at all the major appliance stores, I will continue to purchase from this location due to the management. If ever an issue arises (as did with our recent large appliance purchase) I would feel comfortable knowing the management here will remedy the issue with ease…*speaking specifically about Jessica at this location*. She went above and beyond and the customer service provided by her exceeded our expectations.

The employees I interacted with were ill informed and lazy. All I wanted was simple baling wire. To cut and use to connect 2 items together. 3 people sent me on 3 wild goose chases from one side of the store to the other. I must admit one lady did ask someone else where it was so she wouldn't send me on a wild goose chase. The next 3 guys did!!! Infuriating Home Depot you can do better.

Over an $8 plastic tubing that is 8ft long and 4in diameter was accused of returning this item and then sneaking behind the customer service counter unknown or seen by either security cameras or employees to them steal the same item in hopes of attempting to defraud the company of another $8. An 80 + year old woman with a limp.

My wife and I did a ton of work around our new place this weekend and the teams/associates from rental, hardware, and lawn & garden were fantastic! I'd like to thank them all for making our job that much easier. Thanks to the whole crew!

Great store with friendly & helpful employees. Most of the employees are very knowledgeable about the items in their departments.

I had a big home plumbing project. Find the guy in the wheel chair, He knows where where every little strange item is located in the store. and extremely helpfull.

Edgar helped me. He went above and beyond to help. It is rare to receive such service. I will be looking for Edgar next time I am at the Home Depot.

This store (1541 Monument CO) has its act together! It is well organized and clean. The staff knows their assigned area very well. I have never found a person who did not know what they were talking about. If you ask the wrong person they will get the right help. Staff is always helpful and with a smile. They offer suggestions and options and don't give up until your questions are all answered. Very helpful with project planning. This is a good place to have nearby.

This location has what I need with better prices then some of the other locations.

Do NOT buy an appliance at this store if you need it installed! Showtime (the installer) didn't show up on their scheduled date, and no phone call or answer when I tried to call them. Employees know this is a huge issue, yet Home Depot still uses them. After multiple calls and a trip to the store and more calls, I finally got my oven installed two weeks after the initial date.

You will be fortunate if you get to interact with Liam Drake. He has great customer service and people skills.

Nathan in snowblowers did well. Sold and loaded for me. Very congenial.

store has too much stock lined up in the aisles, makes passing hard in some aisles.

Some employees at the return department act like you are a severe inconvenience to their life. You can tell it's going to be rough when they don't greet you but instead just look at you. I got a sigh when I asked for a military discount and then my purchase just shoved at me with a go away look- no 'thanks for spending your money here'.... I have other choices Masie. I get even more upset to think that I have spent enough money at this store to pay her wages for years. This kind of rude doesn't fly at the other hardware stores, thank goodness.

I came in to buy some things. The whole time I had an associate following me. His apron was covered by a jacket. He is tall and an older man. He didn't provide any assistance. When I got the things I needed I walked up to self check out and before I could walk up to the open one he jumped in front of me and said the register is open and made me go to that register which had a line. Before I got there he gave me a stare which I am assuming is getting my description to put in a data base or theft input portal. So I stood in line till he walked away and I went back to self checkout. Instead of being rude and blocking me he could have provided excellent customer service. He judged me based on the way I look. He assumed I was going to steal something. I am a good person that does not steal anything. I don't know what he was thinking. He couldn't have done anything anyway. The cashier was nice and the greeter was nice but the one man took it way to far.
