This store is filled with wonderful, cheerful and helpful people. Even COVID hasn't got them down! The store is clean and well organized.

The staff at the Monument Home Depot has always been friendly and helpful.

During the pandemic, I've been avoiding going into stores. I've made two trips to Home Depot, Monument in the past month. I went at 6:30 PM on a weeknight and went inside the store. There were associates in the front of the store to assist me quickly and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I also tried the curbside pickup service with mixed opinions. There are signs instructing the shopper to text to a number, which I did, but no-one came out. I then used the notification sent to me via text to check-in and someone came out within 5 minutes. I appreciated the great customer service both times.

I came to this store after seeing a sale on a tool combo set on Home Depot's website. Finding the product in the store, I saw that it was $100 more than the online price. I asked a nearby staff member and he said "yeah online prices are always different, you have to place the order and come pick it up". I thought it was stupid to have to go home, place an order, and come right back to the same store for free pickup. I then talked to two other staff members who were extremely helpful and understanding of the problem. They got me through the checkout process reflecting the online discount price without the nonsense and waste of time I would have faced otherwise. The first employee clearly didn't care about my situation and had an attitude of "that's the way it is". The other employees I talked to were very understanding, professional, and went out of their way to help me. I definitely recommend this store.

I am at the Monument Home Depot multiple times per week due to my job. I have never had a bad experience. The guys at the Pro Desk are awesome and always help with what I need

This store is terrific. The employees that work this store are ALWAYS helpful, and there is always plenty of product on hand for my project needs.

I will always recommend home depot as they are essential to most of what I do having said that I found that this store was a little bit of a mess, I give benefit of the doubt here as I know they are one of the more busy stores and COVID etc. Every other aisle being blocked off was a little annoying and made it difficult to get to what I needed. I had to purchase products which had security devices on them so I requested the cashier remove them for me and they tried for a couple of mins. before another employee pointed out the need for scissors and suggested the cashier send me on my way because they don't have any. 1) a store not having the tools to remove a security device they put in place seems unbelievable 2) I know I'm not the only one who requested this. The cashier who rang me out was new but great the other one who tried to send me on my way without helping me was clearly not new and I found her customer service approach poor at best especially teaching a newer employee to work that way. If my home depot in Glendale hadn't been out of stock of what I needed I wouldn't even have gone to this store.

My daughter was to paint her parking space at school, so we were buying supplies at this store. The staff was extraordinarily helpful with finding the right type of paint, estimating the amounts we needed, and ensuring we had the correct supplies. Kat was the primary employee who assisted us. Not only did she help us gather correct supplies, she helped us paint the space the next day! She also brought her professional camera equipment and took pictures of the beautiful parking spaces and sent them to several of the students.

Molly a store employee challenged me as to how much of a percent to charge AFTER i had already bought it and they were being loaded into my car. She told the loader Gavin who has his own customer service issues, to 'THROW IT" INTO MY CAR. Nobody 'THROWS' anything into my car. A fat 50 year old loader with a nasty attitude was wearing his mask UNDER HIS NOSE____USELESS! REFUSED TO PLACE IT PROPERLY WHEN ASKED TO DO SO. and no wonder because the sign stating everyone must wear a mask was upside down and on the floor behind a register.... Our governor's mandatory mask laws are not being observed at this store.....attitudes suck, and do not bother to call ahead to see if something is there, you will be told no, when it is indeed there--- drive to Castle Rock, it is worth the extra miles to get a decent experience.

We have shopped at the Monument Colorado Home Depot store for more than ten years. Every experience has been highly positive; staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and very customer-focused. Super place!

I had a huge carpet project to complete and Renee in the Flooring department was awesome to work with!!!

The store was well organized and stocked. All employees that we asked for assistance were happy to assist and very friendly. A fantastic shopping experience.

Ask for the sales associate Renee if you need flooring. Amazing.

Hats off to this Monument Home Depot and its employees. First time remodeling, and was amazed at how seamless management (Jessica Williams) made my experience. Have been shopping at this store since it opened and have found that the customer service of all employees has become exceptional over time. Store is clean, easy to navigate and well stocked.

Only location that I go to that doesn’t check their returned rentals, then pass the repair fee onto the next customer.

Jeremy is the man! Went over and beyond for me with a very complex transaction and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I felt like he is the type of associate who puts the customer first and provides real solutions. He is a person who takes responsibility and goes over and beyond.

Was at store today at 10AM and there were no carts, went for three common hardware items and all three were sold out, empty. (One product I was told was sold out, I did find on my own because it had been moved to an End Cap display) Garden Center - This is Spring and Garden Center should be stocked up and running. Isles were a mess, product, pallets and debris were piled in corners. Back isle of bagged product was a mess. Of course if there are no carts you won't be buying much in the garden center anyway. Store looked like it needed a lot of merchandising attention and help with inventory.

Appalling customer service, lack of product knowledge and consistency, and the store suffers from poor leadership. Now during Covid19, when the governor mandated employees of essential businesses wear masks, multiple employees don't wear masks. Yet there is no mandate, and there the only store in the area that is creating a crowd in front by limiting the number of people in the store, and once you get inside the store is practically empty of customers. The only oh so slight positive is once you're ready to check out there are no lines. However, be prepared to get conflicting information and half the time it's out right wrong. The store has poor leadership and is able to unify a team, given recent struggles and having dealt wit the store manager Susan, it is apparent that she is lacking leadership ability and the talent necessary to unite and unify a team. Home Depot is using Covid19 as an excuse for poor customer service, but the Monument location is especially bad. Unfortunately they don't have much competition in the area, so they don't have to focus on customer service, and at least at the store level, leadership doesn't care that the service is bad because there the only gig in town. Well I would recommend driving down to the springs or up to Castle Rock to avoid the text book specimen of poor customer service.

Monument Home Depot is my favorite Home Depot to shop. Everyone is professional and helpful. I ordered carpet and had an install from the Monument Home Depot, the associate was so helpful and professional. She was very patient and answer all my questions that I had on step to step process of getting a carpet install. I highly recommend shopping there!!

Very pleased with the staff and products that this store provides. Dave and Chris were exceptional in getting us the grill we wanted and all the necessary parts we would need plus gave us a list of independent contractors to have it installed. Exceptional!

This store rarely has the items/help I am looking for. I am an average home owner. Not a contractor. They tend to sell products for a limited time only, then once you have purchased an item they stop carrying that brand so you can never find parts for it. I've tried to buy cabinets, they were all scratched up. I tried to buy mini-split heaters, never could get someone to show up for the appointment. Tried to get kitchen counters, again no one called back for an appointment. They know they are the only store in town and they dont care about customer service. I have lived here for over 12 years and have had many bad customer experiences. Today they(5 different employees) couldn't find someone to cut a piece of wood. Nowhere in the store...on a weekend! I often find what I need at Ace instead, though unfortunately not lumber. I have all but given up going to this store even though it is closer to my home than competing stores. I only go when necessary. They will be very sorry when another competing store moves into town!
