The employees in the Monument, CO store are always friendly and helpful. I purchased LVP BOCA DE YUMA 2 years ago for my basement. The basement flooded this spring, floor still looks great, and stayed down. I went back today and purchased more.

If your ever in the Monument Home Depot Look up a guy in a wheelchair that they've nicknamed named MacGyver if you want excellent customer service. I recent went into the store for a usual fix to a plumbing problem and his out of the box thinking got me up and running again when most people (people at other stores did when i explained my issue) would have turned and walked away. MacGyver to the time to make sure i knew how to put it all together when i got home to avoid and issues. His know of item locations in the store was also impressive and He was genuinely interested in making sure that my needs were met from one end of the store to the other. Best Home Depot Experience I've EVERY had.!!!!!!

The staff in this store are horrible and grouchy and don't give a rip about the customers or trying to be convenient.

Bought an Andersen LH storm door

I returned several plumbing parts without a receipt and the Home Depot representative, Dena found a way, on several old parts to provide me store credit. The owners/managers should be proud of Dena and her performance, she was a pleasure to work with.

This purchase was for a home improvement. I am somewhat limited in my ability to do heavy lifting. The employees offer many times to help me. I really appreciate the service.

Went into the Monument store for plumbing and other needs for my home and the associate whose apron had the name MacGyver (really) on it greeted me in the plumbing department. He was Johnny on the spot in helping find the internals for by back flow for my sprinkler system and even suggested a great way to avoid it freezing up (I blow it out every year). He took the time to explain in detail in how to convert the back flow so I could remove it at the end of the summer. I had some other items to pick up as well and asked him to point me in the direction they were located and he would let have anything to do with pointing me in the direction and took me to each item I needed. I can honestly say I’ve never received such personal attention from anyone in a Home Depot. It is evident that customer service is a priority to MacGyver and I would assume the store as well. They have definitely won me as a long term customer and I will and recommend you look up the MacGyver when you go into the store whether you need assistance or not. P.S. the gentlemen’s name is actually John. The cashier explained everyone call him that because he does give up easily trying to find a solution to a customers problem..

Every time I visit this store I get great people and good service. It might take a minute on a busy day to get someone but I invariably have a great interaction and sometimes learn something depending on my project.

Went in to purchase a washer and dryer to find they carried none in stock, but had their inventory at a warehouse that could be delivered a week out. They offered me free installation which I opted for. Unfortunately the first delivery date was a week out. When they finally delivered it they acted like they were in a hurry and delivered the appliances to my garage with no installation. When I called the store to work it out the 2 managers on duty I spoke with Brian (i believe) and Lance, they were belligerent and offered no real solutions. I would not recommend buying from them, go anywhere else for your appliance needs. I wish giving them 0 starts was an option.

Tori provided exceptional customer service. I needed a new battery for my garage door opener, and not only did she go pick up the battery but she offered to replace the old battery. Opening and closing the garage door opener was very tricky so I really appreciated Tori going above and beyond and providing this additional service.

Kaylee, Home Depot Clerk, made a frustrating experience in to a memorable one as she took the time to look up the item I was looking for to find if they had it in stock and it’s location. This was after having to approach two other clerks who saw me but didn’t ask if they could help and when I approach them, I was sent to two wrong aisles (didn’t bother looking up item). Thank you Kaylee!!

THE EMPLOYEES GO OUT OF THEIR WAY EVERY TIME U R IN THE STORE. THEY GREET U AS THEY WALK BY AND ALWAYS ASK IF U NEED ANYTHG. THIS IS THE BEST HOME DEPOT IN COLORADO SPRINGS AREA. LOVE IT HERE . EASY IN AND EASY OUT

John helped me troubleshoot a GFCI problem in my home and then helped me pick out the best parts for the repair.

The Andersen Window Co. recommended Home Depot to get replacement doors. Both Darrell in the storm door area, and Hector in customer service, helped me select the right products, make the purchase, and even provided a military discount. Their care and concern was very much appreciated. They are a credit to you store!!

Annie was a rock star today at the service desk. I bought about 6 big seat cushions and pillows and it was raining hard and she found a way to fit them all into a huge plastic bag. She offered to throw out the old nasty cushion I had brought in for sizing. That’s how it’s done!

I was having a bad day. The cashier at the Monument, CO store, Riley, was extremely polite and friendly but not in a fake way. Thanks Riley. You brightened up my day a bit.

Has good supply of most items But, the parking is somewhat difficult when busy or you are driving a larger vehicle.

Immediately walking into the store I was greeted by an employee. After walking around for a few minutes in the same aisle trying to find a specific wire, a young gentleman came up and asked if I needed any help finding anything and I explained what I was looking for. This young man helped me find the wire I needed and was very polite. Wasn’t able to catch his name. Ms. Liz at self checkout was absolutely amazing as well! She helped me set up my account and the military discount in the Home Depot app and walked me through every step of the way! Absolutely amazing experience and I’m looking forward to coming back here and hopefully receiving the same service I did today!

Reached out for help from this store and they have yet to follow through with anything so far. The only thing I am getting is a different story every time I call them and no follow through. Please be careful out there. We put our trust into these companies and assume that they vett their employees for safety, but you never know who the person is that showes up at your front door. Never accept a delivery alone And know that there is no way of knowing if this employee is still out there to harm again.

typically I like this store and have purchased a lot of items. But when the customer service rep tells me the only way to get a price match is to go to that store and take a picture of the item and price and bring it back, that is unacceptable. I would just go to the competition and purchase what I need.

On 03/04/22 I had purchased I purchased 10 x 030699284276 Hinge Pin Door Stop at another store even though your web site said there was ZERO STOCK for ALL my local stores ! I purchased 2 more at THIS STORE on 03/08/22 -- website still SHOWING ZERO. I asked the very helpful self checkout attendant to call the duty assistant manager. After 3 calls,she finally arrived. She said she can't do any more about the problem than I could by calling the 800 number RIDICULOUS --website STILL SHOWS ZERO !!!!

We just bought a fixer upper so I was in the store four times in two days. The staff was so helpful. They walked me through my project and made sure I had all of the supplies needed. Rick in the paint department was awesome and knowledgeable. Nalaly helped me with fixtures and lighting and then rang me up with a smile.

Savannah, Liz, and Jen were exceptionally patient and helpful as I tried to open a Home Depot credit card with a previous credit fraud alert in place. Even though it took some time, they were willing and able to assist until everything was resolved and I had what I needed for my current project and the credit application finished with the discount for opening the account!

I was greeted by an enthusiastic associate in a wheelchair name John who worked in Plumbing. I was pleasantly surprised that he had a wealth of knowledge that was not limited to just his department. John made sure all my project needs were addressed as well a giving me a concierge level of serve I’ve not received before in a hardware store. I can’t say enough on how pleased I was with dealing John as well as my shopping experience with him. I’d definitely recommend grabbing John if you see him wheeling around the store, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed with your shopping experience.

This store is always clean and the employees are eager to assist when the need arises.
