I brought in an undercabinet plug in florescent light that didn’t work. I wasn’t sure if it was the ballast or the bulb. Associate Lawon took me to find the bulb I needed and took it to be certain it worked in the light fixture I brought with me to make certain it was the bulb not the ballast. He went above and beyond what other employees do at other stores. Bulb worked and I was able to take my item home and reinstall it back to its position above my kitchen sink.

The store is getting to lookin better and personnel are getting better helping people

I like different things Home Depot has, they can offer ways let my electrical business perform, fulfilling expiation's. I recognize employees trying and I appreciate it.

Workers are very helpful

I am not a handy man, I am a retired librarian that sometimes wants or needs to be involved to a greater or lesser extent in a home improvement project. Being out of my comfort zone when dealing with lumber and power saws I wanted to have the boards pre-cut to my measurements at Home Depot. I must confess this is not my first foray into such projects and usually I've found it necessary to grovel and beg for assistance from the folks in the lumber department. Many times at other stores I been told there is a limit on the number of cuts allowed per customer or that their saws would not make the cuts I needed, but mostly I've just being greeted with thinly disguised irritation that I was asking for assistance at all. But that all changed when I met Rob in lumber at the Home Depot on Eastern Blvd. in Montgomery AL. He was precise with his cuts (he listened to my measurements and carefully marked and set up his cuts; careful, he obviously was following safety protocols: and most surprising of all pleasant to deal with. Not once did he act as if I overstepped my bounds by asking for too many cuts - he just cut the boards and stacked them on the cart along with the scraps he asked if I wanted to keep. I had reached a point when I tried not to expect much in the way of customer service in stores like this and in fact had almost come to believe it was an extinct relic of days gone by - then I went to the Customer Service desk to ask for help in the lumber department where a really nice young lady (I regret I don't recall her name) put me in touch with Rob in lumber who succeeded in restoring my faith in Customer Service. Thinking it couldn't get better I went on to meet Ashley at checkout, and a store manager named Will, who, after listening to my compliments regarding Rob went above and beyond all expectation by helping me load my numerous new boards into the back of my vehicle. All in all I had one fantastic experience at Home Depot!

Every time I come to the store and need to ask a question about what I need, there's always an employee with expertise in that field. Whether it is a piece for plumbing or paint for a bedroom, I've always gotten excellent service at the store!

I had a great visit today, after having to leave the “competition” store. I came to this location and was greeted multiple times and was assisted to an exceptional degree! I will definitely make this my go to store for my home repair needs!

This Home Depot is one of my favorite places to shop. It is so conveniently located in Montgomery. The employees are extremely helpful and very friendly. The store is neat and clean and has plenty of stocked items.

The store was clean and the products were easy to find. The sales associate that helped me was super nice and helpful and I purchased the appliance that I wanted.....We set up a delivery date for 4/13/2018.....The delivery company called on 4/12/2018 and gave me a time between 3pm -7pm.......My nightmare literally began on 4/13/2018 at about 1:10pm that afternoon.........The delivery people called and changed my delivery time but never showed (they showed at the original time given), then when they got here the young man was very rude and unprofessional, and of course they did not deliver the appliance..........Called and spoke with management on several occasions and got no where......Fast forward and we get set up for another delivery date for 4/20/2018 with a time frame between 1pm-5pm......All day at home only to be called at 4:57pm and told that they are running behind and it will be another 1 to 2 hours before they get to me (I purchased this appliance on 4/05/2018). I called the office and was told that they could not reach these guys on the phone. Spoke with someone in management who seemed uncaring of my frustration and concerns regarding this delivery. I called Home Depot and spoke with a sale associate in the appliance department and explained to her what was going on, and was told that I needed to call the delivery company if I was having issues with the delivery. On two separate occasions I tried working with these people to get my appliance delivered (4/13 & 4/20) and still no delivery..........I cancelled my order

The store employee's are all helpful and take time to help you find what you want.like the old mom and pop stores.Good employee's reflect on a good working environment and good company to work for.People who take time to help you have been trained well and reflects good on that store or chain of home depots.I will continue to shop at home depot over lowe's anytime.

not enough personnel to handle phone assistance

Home Depot has a very clean and well organized store. The staff members seemed knowledgeable about their products. It was not hard to find someone to ask a questions about the merchandise in various areas of the store. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to do home improvements or seeking to replace appliances.

Gene was at the door of Home Depot with a shopping cart ready. The store was nice, clean, and well stocked. I needed about seven items for some updating we were doing around the house when Roland approached me. Roland took me straight to the shelving brackets I couldn't locate.....then Roland noticed I only had two items left on my list and off he went. Roland had gone and gotten my last two items......SUPER NICE, EASY, and I was out the door to go home and update my home. I've been looking at appliances at "that other store" but seeing how nice and helpful everyone was I've changed my mind and will bring my business to Home Depot!!
