Needed a dishwasher and found one on sale with the features we wanted. Personnel extremely helpful once we found the model. Did not take long to check out with service to install and take away our old one.

Could not find part and took awhile to find employee. My part was not on shelf and the employee looked around and told me it was not on shelf (that what I told him). I had to asked if I could order the part. When I went to order the part and tried to pay with CASH they told me I had to use a credit card or pay with a Home Depot card. So I had to purchase a Home Depot card. Who doesn't want cash when you are inside the store? After which I called the store to see if the part had came in. They gave me several extension numbers to call to talk with someone, why of course I had to call at least 3 different extension numbers to get someone to answer. Who did not give name all to be told the part had not come in. So unsatisfied customer.

I was in and out of the store as soon as I found what I needed. The lines had gotten long so the associates quickly opened other registers explained our purchase warranty and we were done.

A worker named Mike was able to find an obscure "socket set screw" and the cheapest and right-sized hex wrench to use it in minutes. It would have taken me three years! Good work! And thanks to Andrea too for being so nice at checkout.

Reggie in hardware went above and beyond to satisfy my needs.

This store always has what I need and things are easy to find. Great prices too!

Home Depot provided us with a refrigerator, for which we had gone all weekend without, due to a bad experience from a new appliance store in the area. They provided us with a better appliance and saved us $1,000,+. The Associate, Roland, was awesome.

Among the stores in our area in all aspects of shopping, I enjoy Home Depot as much if not more than any. Each time I visit the cust service far exceeds any other including and far exceeding any Home & Hardware stores in the area. At the this location, you can almost always find the products you’re looking for. If not, let an associate know and they’ll help you to the best of their ability to see that you’re satisfied. During peak hours, there can be a little difficulty with getting assistance. The store was very clean. The associates are always friendly and helpful.

Worst Customer Service EVER!!! Do not attempt to refund/ exchange any items!! You will be waiting 15 minutes for the associates to finish texting while your paying contractors to wait on service by Home Depot associates. I took pictures, But, I dont see an option to upload them.

My husband and I absolutely love coming to this Home Depot location! We bought our refrigerator, home paint, multiple tools, and gardening products from there. The employees are always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help!

Great Customer Service.

Had an issue with a return from internet, was told by an employee that nobody could or would help me. I filed a complaint on the 800 number, 5 days later still no response! So I emailed the CEO Mr Manear, that same day my problem was resolved. Never heard from store manager he had an employee from customer service call me, guess he is to busy for customer service!

The items was easy to find. Associates were friendly.

MONTGOMERY Store #0883 On 12/7/2018 at about 1:00pm - 1:30pm. A gentleman named Richard was working at the Eastern bypass store in Montgomery Alabama. He was extremely kind, considerate, patient, helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me with wiring/electrical products that were needed for me complete my home repairs. As his shift was ending, a female coworker commented to Richard that she appreciated him assisting her with her work task while she was occupied doing other work related task that she had to do.

If you are in need of anything appliance wise please please please go directly to Molly she was so helpful and made sure everything was perfect before we left the store!

The store was very clean. Product was at a level where the customer could see the items desired for purchase. Did not have to look for a sales person for help. When they saw you, they came to you and asked " May I help you". Assisted with carrying your purchase from the floor to your vehicle.

HD 0883 has been a source for me for years. As a Handyman and later HVAC contractor, I find many items I need to complete my work at the store, including mail order items.
