Charged me $35.00 scheduled flooring contractor to come measure for new flooring never showed up or called. Very disappointed.

Home depot in Monroe Louisiana is a wonderful store to visit the store is neat and clean and everyone treat you well. I have brought from every department because I love renovations projects. The salespeople are friendly and helpful .It is easy to find what you are looking for and the products are in eyes view.

Have only ever had one problem with HOMEDEPOT store or products. Purchased 2 lifetime warrantied ceiling fans. Had a problem with one of them a few years later. Was going to have to pay shipping to send fan to mfg. Was going to cost almost as much as new fan. I will never put myself in that position again. I don't think thats a lifetime warranty. Other than that experience, i have had no other problems.

Great store to shop especially the home and garden area.

The Home Depot is my 'go-to' home improvement store.

this is what i call the best store in the world to shop at.

There are rarely human cashiers. The self checkouts are not working in one way or another half the time, and the employees who are supposed to be tending them (if they are even there) take the time to finish their lengthy conversations with other employees before assisting customers. Past dealings with store level management indicate that they don't see a problem with this, and the managers I have dealt with were rude too. I will not be going to this store anymore.

I have always shopped at The Home Depot and can always find what I need. I believe the products carried by The Home Depot are of higher quality than other stores because of the large amount of sales to the building trades. Also the employees are knowledgeable about the products and can explain what I need to know in a simple, straightforward manner. I have purchased products on occasion from other stores where no one could help me decide what I really needed, and have been very dissatisfied with my purchase. I've never had that problem with The Home Depot, plus my son worked at a Home Depot in California when he was in college, and they were very good to him.

Excellent Service

Most times you can get in and out of the store. And you can sometimes find help in areas you normally don't shop .like I am doing a home remodeling and it's hard to find person in areas that you need help in getting things .

Everyone was friendly and they always take time to look and foung what you need.

Some days the employees are helpful and other times you feel like they don't want to be helpful. I've had really good experiences there and today was the worst day. Don't go on the weekends if you can help it.

This store has wonderful people that helps you.. The store is very clean.. And if there is something I need and they don't have it They go out of their way to get it for me. This IS MY FAVORITE STORE.

Great customer service throughout the store

We were in and out. The associate came to us an offer help. The cashier was friendly. The store was clean and well laid out.

The store was clean; we were greeted by a new employee asking if we needed help and since he was new he found another employee that could locate the item we were looking for. That person found the item we wanted and actually brought it to us. I had a question and one of the Customer Service employees answered my question and was very helpful and seemed genuinely concerned that my question was answered and I was satisfied with the answer.

Went back to store to get refund on two ceiling fans(NEVER OPENED)applied back to Home Depot card account but original cost of $149.94 ($74.97 each) was not applied but instead ONLY had $134.94 ($15.00 less than original price) with tax of $14.08 putting it at $149.02. WHY?!?! Should have been $166.43($149.94+$16.49 tax) applied but instead a loss of $17.41. NOT VERY HAPPY....

Love to shop at Monroe location. Bought two ceiling fans(never opened) on my Home Depot card and had to return back(3days later) because wrong ones. Did NOT get full amount of $149.94 but ONLY credited me back $134.94. Not very happy about this. I am a regular customer and drive over an hour to do business with this store.
