Awesome associates and management very clean and organized store

I’m an assembly tech at this Monroe LA store and my short time there has shown me that the store is operated amazingly for the most part and I live how friendly majority of the associates and management have been towards me I just wish I had the opportunity to work for this store full time and given the opportunity to show the company my full value and how fast I learn and how amazing my customer service skills are I’m sure if handed any position from the top to the very bottom I’d definitely shine and I’d advance quickly I have many years of customer service skills and sales skills I also can build and operate almost anything like the forklift I just want to say thanks for everyone being so kind there and making my days great and able to make every day a positive one

My past experience with The Home Depot was not a good experience, because no one answered the phone....I thought I was going to have to drive to the store just to ask my question. It was during the hurricane season and no one was talking professional. Just because the store was busy did not mean to ignore the phone calls, nor did it mean to be unkind on the phone. Each department need to be monitored of how to talk and treat customers; especially when the store is busy.

I always like to confirm with the pro desk i have gotten to no some of them and enjoy converse with them, i find that for the most part they are very knowledgeable.

They always have what I need to get a job done.

On Nov 18 2020 ,I shopped at the Home Depot in Monroe La, upon entering the store I noticed that the store was very neat and clean

Mamie Burks was great! She and her associate were very friendly and helpful.

The store was clean and well organized. However, there were not enough cashiers to help customers check out. On my visit, there was only one cashier and a long line of customers waiting to check out. I was in line for ten minutes before finally able to check out. The cashier was very sweet but getting frustrated because she asked for assistance in checking out customers and the manager looked at her like she was crazy for asking for help. The manager was very rude and unhelpful.

Every thing was in order it’s clean and employees were very friendly and helpful

very inconsistent, rude, & lazy purchased item the day before, came back to pickup items and my time and pain wasn't important seeing I paid my money.

I would like to commend Martin Willis for his help before and during my visit. I called the Monroe, LA Home Depot and my call was transferred several times before I was passed off to Martin. He listened to my issue and took complete ownership of my problem from start to finish. He was very polite and kind. He told me that he was going to help me and he followed though until my issue was resolved. Home Depot should be very proud to have employees such as Martin. HE ROCKS!

Employees do not wear mask or improperly wear mask. Many items are out of stock. Cashier only has three bags left and didn't want to bag my many small items at check out. I asked would she bag them and the answer was i only have three bags left and she moved onto the customer behind me. I had to go to another cash register to get bags to sack my on item. Note: only needed two bags. Maybe you will be the lucky one to receive one of the three bags at checkout, good luck. Better luck catching Covid at HD than get a bag or have items bagged.

VERY CLEAN

After checking out I pulled up to the front to load my purchase. I parked in front of 3 people in orange aprons 2 young men and an older man. I rolled my cart with my purchase right by them. I proceeded to put the seats down in my trailblazer so the table would fit. I then loaded the table into the back by myself and yelled 'that's ok guys, i dont need help' and they laffed and walked away. while shopping i used their app to scan products because the prices on shelf labels are wrong, that is when the item actually came up. i scanned several items in the store that said they are not available in store. no customer focused culture or attitude.

I had to purchase new blinds and the employee was very helpful in my selection of the cordless blinds. They were cut perfectly to fit my windows. My family loves them. Thanks for your help.

I liked it!!!!

The employees at this store are always very friendly and helpful. There are buckets at the buggy corals in the parking lot for people to put their mask and/or gloves in. This is a good idea. However I would suggest putting a lid with a small hole in the top on the buckets so the contents doesn’t blow out.

Love this store. I shop here time to time but today I didn't have the best experience the cashier was rude and had an attitude. Hopefully next time is better. Definitely using self check out next time.

The employees are friendly and helpful. I even met my new plumber on the plumbing isle!
