The one long line is being handled by 10 registers or more so it goes by fast (~1 min). The employees are knowledgeable and for me went above and beyond just showing me where products were but steps on how to fix the problem and in my case (small repair) fixed it.

The store is clean, employees are friendly enough, and if its the closest to you, and they have what you need, its great! I have found that sometimes when you look on line 1st, see a item as available at Mira Mesa, it is NOT, once you get there. So, once going to a few other locations, I have to say, Mira Mesa has the worst selection of things. Seemed like all other H.D. has a better selection of lumber, brinks, plants, landscape decor.... just everything.

Great customer service, the store Is really clean, and you can find everything you need at good prices, highly recommendable.

So I went in today to simply get some pre Christmas shopping done. When I went to check out, I noticed a woman named April was chewing out another cashier. I thought nothing of this at first, but as 10 minutes passed, she was still screaming loudly at said cashier, and it was very uncomfortable to witness, and made for a rather unsettling experience. I think I’ll go to my local store from now on if that’s how things are run here.

If your In need of new appliances, please do your self a favor and ask for KEN TRIEU !! He works at the Mira Mesa Home Depot and is an appliance specialist. Ken took the time to educated me and advised me on my 7 appliance purchase with such patience and guidance . He really truly exceeded my expectations . I left feeling so relieved with the warranties he suggested , and extremely Happy & satisfied with my purchases . Thank you so much Ken for everything!! I will always have such a great story to share about my awesome affordable top of the line appliances !!

We needed help with our house. When we visited Mira Mesa Home depot on 23th Oct 2020, we were helped by Home Depot employee "Jonathan". He went above and beyond our expectations to find what we needed. This was a great experience for us.

Would highly recommend going to this Home Depot. I was doing a quick trip as I am still paranoid about going out during COVID, but desperately needed ant bait. My cashier, Jenny, was so quick, checked me out within seconds, yet managed to have such a great and friendly attitude. I also had some questions about the ant bait that I had chosen and she was able to answer all my questions with so much knowledge of the product. It was definitely a great experience and I would feel 100% safe coming back to this store even during COVID.

Yes Aaron, the manager, and Amber, the COS at the Mira Mesa store helped me to get delivery of my new refrigerator and removal of my old refrigerator. They were extremely courteous, knowledable, and helpful

I've shopped at this location since it first opened. One annoyance in particular is that it always has product 'islands' cluttering the aisles. If you.have a flatbed cart with lumber or other large/heavy items, navigation to the cashiers is cumbersome at best. Other locations dont seem to have as much of.an issue with this.

Morning Crew this morning was top-notch, everyone was super knowledgeable, interested to help me out, attentive and brought good ideas to the discussion. They also included other teams for cross-reference. "I caught the worm, because of The Early Birds, yay Mira Mesa, thank you!

Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes or longer if you want to purchase propane after 6:00 PM. They have you check out with a cashier and than have you go wait in line at the Customer Service desk to let them know you paid for propane. Once they call out for an associate to help with propane, it takes an average 15-30 minutes before anyone comes to get the key.

Angela and her team at the Pro Desk are amazing, and makes every job easier! Junior and Dale are very knowledgable, and an absolute pleasure to work with!

We have shopped at the Mira Mesa Home Depot a great deal over the last six months and we have always experienced great customer service. Today, we went in to look for a few items and we wanted to purchase a cactus that did not have a price tag and was not in very good condition. We decided that we wanted to purchase the cactus. We went to the cashier and she went out of her way to get the correct price and gave us GREAT customer service. THANK YOU

bad rude employess there last sunday

Planned on a shopping trip to take advantage of a coupon for 12 months no interest, but left it at home. Did my shopping and spent $850 with the offer in mind. I didn't know the coupon had to scanned at point of sale,as it came with my monthly statement. I went back to the store and cashier Lottie was patient enough to help me and I was able to use the coupon. I really appreciated the time she took and I thank you for having loyal employees who don't mind going the extra mile.

The store was clean and well organized. The employees from manager to Lou who helped with window blinds and storage cabinets were polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. The store had a good selection from which to choose. It was my first time shopping at this particular location and it will definitely be where I'll shop in the future.

Greeter/Cart sanitizer man, inside garden man, manager, cashiers all very friendly and kind. Store layout very good for handicaped individual like myself. Store is clean and organized. Employees were all ready to help.

The "manager" Miriam was incredibly rude today, nearly picking a fight with a female customer who simply asked her if the store accepted Apple Pay. She was loudly whining about how hard she's trying but she was clearly an incredibly incompetent manager who has an obvious problem with women. She was openly badmouthing a customer within her earshot and asking her male customer to write a review about her. The cashier was trying the best he could and was apologetic about the long lines, but there was so much he could do with incompetent, arrogant, unprofessional management.

I buy things in different Home Depot stores. I called Mira Mesa store my Home HomeDepot. From my first to latest visit, I was impressed by store workers’ friendly services. Their help & support make my shipping easy & comfortable, most of all, save time & trouble (buy a right item). Especially, during Conorovirus pandemic, workers welcomed customers with big smiles, the store is well organized & services are efficient!

I have shopped at this store since it opened. Always have had a good shopping experience.
