Great help when buying a new oven. Michele Andretta helped us not only find the perfect situation for us, she also pointed out the promotion that allowed us to buy this 12 months same as cash on our Home Depot card.

Tang at the Customer Sevice Department was AWESOME!! She turned my frustrated Home Depot trip around. This was my 3rd Home Depot after striking out at the other two that I didn't receive much help. On the phone while I was driving Tang was trying her best to assist me. She asked if I had the item or sku number. After about 10 minutes on the phone my passenger was assisting me trying to get the model number from his phone. We found the model number and gave it to Tang. She said she found it on her computer and after all that conversing my phone got disconnected . I was getting off the freeway and my phone rang and I was surprised that it was Tang calling me back. She told me that they had the item in stock and exactly where in the store to locate it. I did not expect a call back when I got disconnected but Tang went out of her way and called me right back. She even told me she did a visual check to make sure the item was there. She was Awesome!!!

store seems too busy, employees seem too busy. customer service in this store is the worst at this particular store compare to the Poway one I wonder if its bc too many Asians shop here. I'm Asian and I definitely get that feeling. Things need to start changing bc Asians are customers, and customers usually mean more money business coming in.

Shop there all the time as it is the closest to my residence. I enjoy doing projects but have always shied away from electrical projects. Dan in the Electrical Department did a great job last night with my many questions and we have tackled a couple of new projects based on his advice.

The service in setting up an account for me and purchasing a washer and dryer were very helpful - the representative very knowledgeable and efficient.

visited on Saturday and was looking for Turf for a baseball locker.. Marvin and Jeffery helped us out and were simply awesome.. answered all our questions and made suggestions on the diff types to use. Very friendly/knowledgeable and made the shopping experience awesome.

Mira Mesa Store is a huge, well stocked Home Depot with lots of employees there to help with your purchases.

The staff at this location are consistently helpful and friendly. They are some of the best in the business. It is always a joy to shop at my local Home Depot store.

The store is always full and well organized. You will know where to find things that you are familiar with but if not, get some help. They always have working and knowledgeable people. If the one you asked did not know, they refer you to someone else who knows. They have a walkie talkie to call out. I really love the way they set up the store last December! They have a lot of good stuffs on the front/ center part of the store, and whalla! Christmas shopping was really fun!

Although there were items not available in the store. The cashiers friendly and cheerful attitude made you have good thoughts about the trip

We have always had exceptional service at this Mira Mesa Home Depot location. Recently our experience with the cashier was beyond exceptional. She went above and beyond our expectations regarding a pricing discrepancy between what was indicated online versus in the store. With the assistance/approval of her supervisor, they investigated the pricing discrepancy and were able to go ahead and honor the lesser price that was indicated online. Our cashier very patiently went out of her way to assist us in our request for honoring the online price. We felt valued by her and Home Depot.

The store was clean good customer service happy employe lots of product

No fire wood all week, (after 3 visits in that week). It's winter time and you would hope that there would be lots of firewood, but none.

Thanks to Tony O in the Christmas tree lot, my holidays were a lot brighter this year. He helped me pick out a beautiful tree. Makes a big difference when someone goes out of their way.
